If you or one of your employee’s needs assistance related to the workspace or notice an issue within the building, submit an email to Facilities Management at: facilityservices@plano.gov
Be sure to include the location and a description of the issue. Once the email is received, a work order will be completed by a member of Facilities Management. Unless it is an emergency situation, such as with plumbing, electrical, or security issues, Facilities Management staff has up to 30 days to take care of the request.
For after-hours building emergencies, call the Ridgeview Pump Station at 972-727-1623. They will notify someone in Facilities Management. Note, do NOT call Facilities Management for afterhour emergencies, as their phones do not forward and your emergency will go unaddressed.
