PRE-EXCHANGE TRAINING

re Exchange Training is an event held by SCORE CIMSA UI in order to equip our outgoing candidates for their research exchange. The training materials consist of introduction about IFMSA & SCORE research exchange, bioethics, intercultural learning, global health, travel tips & tricks, communication skill, and many more. The aim of the training is to provide outgoings with sufficient knowledge about research exchange and increase outgoings’ motivation for research exchange, since both knowledge and motivation are important in optimizing research exchange experience. SCORE CIMSA UI’s Pre Exchange Training was held in two days, 12th and 13th December 2020. The first day started with a presentation by Local

Officer in Research Exchange of SCORE CIMSA UI, Theodora Megumi, about Basic SCORE Research Exchange which explain about administrative process of exchange. The second presentation was about Basic Bioethics and Intercultural Learning. Lastly, we invited Vice National Officer in Research Exchange for Internal Affair, Saskia Ratna Desita, as the speaker for Global Health topic. On the second day, dr. Kevin Varian Marcevianto, who’s a former outgoing from Poland, began the presentation about “Testimony Research Exchange and Communication Skill: How to be Proactive in Communication During Research Exchange”.
