hroughout the world, many teens and young adults do not pay attention to what they consume and their lifestyle. As shown by the questionnaires given before conducting SEMASA “Senang Makan Sehat”, our research shows that the majority of the respondents don’t have proper mealtime, do not have breakfast, lack of consumption of vegetables and fruits but they consume sweets and junk foods at a higher frequency, lack of exercise and inadequate sleep which suggests that a healthy lifestyle hasn’t been applied yet. SEMASA aims at raising awareness about the dangers of obesity caused by the unhealthy lifestyle in juveniles and encourages them to start applying healthy living as a part of their lifestyle. The range of activities done to fulfill this goal includes Air Campaigns, Workout Sessions and a One-Day Festival consisting of Piloxing, Festival Booths which has 4 activities, Self Reflection, Games Session, Cooking Demo with Pasar Sayoor, and a limited-seat consultation about nutrition with doctors who are Nutrition Specialists, and finally as the climax of the event, a Talkshow which
