He has litigated countless coverage disputes, assisted several large private equity fund clients with insurance due diligence and planning related to large merger and acquisition transactions, and served for more than a decade as the CEO of Republic Western Insurance. Additionally, Richard works with commercial and real estate clients managing all aspects of their commercial litigation and business litigation matters.

Kate is a respected large scale people leader and coach who is actively involved in Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging Employee Resource Groups in PayPal and the broader community. Kate holds a BA Hons in Business Decision Analysis from University of the West of England. Kate moved to Chandler, Arizona in 2012, having previously lived in Ireland, the United States and the United Kingdom.
