Growth Mindset Equates Results

Are you at a place that you feel you’re not making headway with your aspirations? Do you struggle to undertake what you set out to do? You can achieve progress by forming and attentively working towards your goals that align your mission. A growth mindset enables you to work on any problem which can shorten the fulfillment of your goals.

A mindset involves your beliefs –how you distinguish skills, abilities, facts or behavior. The belief system affects someone’s perspectives concerning ambitions and achievement. A rigid mindset hinders progress, but a progressive outlook allows someone to attain health, pleasure, connection and harmony.

Planning your goals is an easy task. Attaining those objectives is a whole new level and that is also the reason why so many people fail to seize their goals. This could lead to some people never setting goals again because their confidence has been knocked around by their mistakes or past experiences. These setbacks are caused by flawed process for planning and evaluating your progress.

A structure can help. It’s simple, but a powerful plan. A solid and effective plan should include measurements for progress, clear timeframes for completion, and planned forums to probe and learn.

Get things done while being mindful. Consider the results that you created and the unexpected encounters. It’s not about getting things done, but getting the right things done. Revised implementation should accommodate change. Looking back is not a bad thing, but useful to obtain vital information. It comprises of what worked and what needs improvement depending on its complexity. Always review developments and contemplate any adjustments to move forward.

Debriefed details should be actionable. Don’t leave any significant details. Hold yourself accountable and integrate what you have learned. You must be responsible with your actions and your commitments. If this is overlooked, nothing will work. Some are distinctly tenacious, but most people are not. Progress cannot be achieved without accountability. Goals are vital in life because it gives you a sense of purpose. Purpose also helps you to overcome difficult days and eventually, this could also contribute to your overall happiness, contentment, peace, health and wellbeing.

THIAGO: I train an average of six times a week and follow a diet focused on my goals.

CSM: What fitness aspirations do you want to achieve?

THIAGO: My goal is to continue training for the rest of my life. It’s a lifetime project.

CSM: Describe the most essential exercises for losing fat and for gaining weight.

THIAGO: It all starts with food, whether to gain mass or lose fat, combined with aerobic and weight training.

CSM: What is the fundamental gym etiquette that people should practice?

THIAGO: To find out which exercises you can pass on to your client. Often times, the client has physical restrictions and the personal needs to adapt the best training.

CSM: What major tips can you provide to those who want to achieve their fitness goals?

A healthy diet is the basis for any human being. Without it, things start wrong and it is essential. It all starts with food, whether to gain mass or lose fat, combined with aerobic and weight training. ”

THIAGO MOLINA TALKS ABOUT DIVERSITY, INCLUSIVITY,

CSM: Explain what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean to you and why they’re important.

THIAGO: This is a subject that I like a lot, because I am diversity. As I said earlier, I am a guy with 90% of my body tattooed. I seek my equality with normal people. I’m always using equity, which for me is synonymous with honesty.

CSM: What is the most challenging aspect of working in a diverse environment?

THIAGO: I deal with it in a natural way by respecting everyone regardless of the differences.

CSM: What is your approach to understanding the perspectives of colleagues from different backgrounds?

THIAGO: I’m different so the respect I want people to have for me is the respect I have for them too.

CSM: How would you handle a situation where a client or a talent was being culturally insensitive, sexist, racist, or homophobic?

THIAGO: Today, a lot has changed with connectivity increasing by 180% in the pandemic. The clients who acted this way today are having to ‘swallow it’. I always make a point of showing that I am a normal person that I work and I have my responsibilities even though I have this different look.

aND EQUITY

CSM: How would you advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion with brands or companies that don’t understand its importance?

THIAGO: They have no way out, either they accept us or they will be left out. Many brands are already working with diversity, inclusion and equity; they saw that we have a lot of strength and that deep down we just want respect.

CSM: Discuss a time when you advocated for diversity and inclusion.

THIAGO: Every day in my company. I’m a real estate business owner and it’s a very formal business and every day I defend this with my employees and my clients.

CSM: Describe an ideal brand that has a sense of inclusion, belonging, and equity on a daily basis?

THIAGO: All big brands today already live this in an organic way. This is the new normal.

CSM: What steps will you take to eliminate bias from other brands or companies?

THIAGO: Becoming aware is the best way to end all of this. I can’t demand that people accept me as they were born with all this structural prejudice, but from the moment I give them awareness and show that I’m a normal regardless of my look. We are gaining strength and naturally we are becoming a reference.

I’m different so the respect I want people to have for me is the respect I have for them too.”

IN-DEPTH CONNECTION AND PERSONALITY

DEANDRE REYNOLDS

TALKS ABOUT DIVERSITY, INCLUSIVITY, aND EQUITY

CSM: Explain what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean to you and why they’re important.

DEANDRE: Diversity means to me that everyone is unique in their own individual way. Equity and inclusivity both mean to me, to allow each and every one to have fair game towards and resources, and opportunities as needed.

CSM: What is the most challenging aspect of working in a diverse environment?

DEANDRE: Not everyone has the same

CSM: Discuss a time when you advocated for diversity and inclusion.

DEANDRE: Being of the African American community, I’ve been a middle ground for those who are African American and not. I’ve heard and voiced how I felt personally and how others felt, on rules and regulations. My hometown made it an issue to wear durags and headwraps because they believed it had a connection with the ongoing issue of violence and gang affiliations that circulated the area, which wasn’t the case. I explained to those who didn’t understand that, the

mindset, lifestyle and beliefs as the others, can cause turmoil amongst the crowd.

CSM: What is your approach to understanding the perspectives of colleagues from different backgrounds?

DEANDRE: Everyone had their own walk of life, accepting who they are and where they come from, is the first thing I do when meeting anyone.

CSM: How would you handle a situation where a client or a talent was being culturally insensitive, sexist, racist, or homophobic?

DEANDRE: Address them specifically, let them know that the world is ever changing, how they grew up and their beliefs may be set from a young age but explain to them that the world is more accepting. If they are still set on their ways and not willing to be educated on the topic at hand, then part ways.

CSM: How would you advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion with brands or companies that don’t understand its importance?

DEANDRE: I would be sure to stand behind those who aren’t very outspoken, and back their views, ideas and beliefs.

actions of those who partake in that, don’t have a connection to those who wear headwraps and durags, letting them know it’s more so pertaining to hair maintenance.

CSM: Describe an ideal brand that has a sense of inclusion, belonging, and equity on a daily basis?

DEANDRE: Nike; they have been open to working with all beliefs, ideas and ways of life that side with people who haven’t been given that opportunity. Example being the hijab they incorporated to given the Muslim women to wear, and still allow them to practice their Islamic beliefs.

CSM: What steps will you take to eliminate bias from other brands or companies?

DEANDRE: Express why being more open-minded can be beneficial and better overall for the brand, company and business.

Diversity means to me that everyone is unique in their own individual way. Equity and inclusivity both mean to me, to allow each and every one to have fair game towards resources, and opportunities as needed.”
