Take every opportunity you are given and do the best you can in your life. Follow your heart and don’t pay attention to other people’s opinion.”

IN-DEPTH CONNECTION & PERSONALITY

Supercharge your confidence with his guide to working smart: all the expertise you need to take your career to a whole different level.

CSM: 2020 was dubbed a challenging and surprising year. Simplify how did you show your resiliency?

MILOS: When the challenge period comes, the most important thing is not to deviate from the course. Good dedication and organization is the key to success.

CSM: What are the ways to take action in the face of uncertainty?

MILOS: The most important thing is to stay calm and take a good look at the situation so that the reaction is the best possible at a given moment. Any hasty reaction can lead to catastrophic consequences.

CSM: In your profession, how do you exude assertiveness and decisiveness?

MILOS: By identifying your needs and wants, expressing them in a positive way, and learning to say “no” when you need to.

CSM: What groundbreaking goals do you look forward to achieving?

MILOS: I hope that in the future I will become even more influential on the younger generations and show them some new perspectives on life.

CSM: Describe the embodiment of confident and sexy?

MILOS: For me is in the sharp look, firm attitude and dominance with which I step into the room I enter. “The most important thing is how you wear your coat on your back, it can be the most beautiful if your

energy does not follow the dominance, and its value will not be noticed.

CSM: How can you be distinctive in an industry that’s accelerating and competitive?

MILOS: The first look at me and the sensitive energy I emit are enough. I don’t compete with anyone, so no one is my competition. “I don’t care who the biggest fish in the pond is. I’m a whole different animal.”

CSM: In terms of career, what does it take to be a good influence?

MILOS: First of all, to be what you are. People see acting and don’t like people who pretend to be what they aren’t. Just push

what you are and people will recognize it. Whoever likes your way of life will want certain things that you do to apply in your life.

CSM: What valuable lesson can you impart to others especially the next generation?

MILOS: Take every opportunity you are given and do the best you can in your life. Follow your heart and don’t pay attention to other people’s opinion.

Just push what you are and people will recognize it. Whoever likes your way of life will want certain things that you do to apply in your life.”

Growth Mindset Equates Results

Are you at a place that you feel you’re not making headway with your aspirations? Do you struggle to undertake what you set out to do? You can achieve progress by forming and attentively working towards your goals that align your mission. A growth mindset enables you to work on any problem which can shorten the fulfillment of your goals.

A mindset involves your beliefs –how you distinguish skills, abilities, facts or behavior. The belief system affects someone’s perspectives concerning ambitions and achievement.

A rigid mindset hinders progress, but a progressive outlook allows someone to attain health, pleasure, connection and harmony.

Planning your goals is an easy task. Attaining those objectives is a whole new level and that is also the reason why so many people fail to seize their goals. This could lead to some people never setting goals again because their confidence has been knocked around by their mistakes or past experiences. These setbacks are caused by flawed process for planning and evaluating your progress.

A structure can help. It’s simple, but a powerful plan. A solid and effective plan should include measurements for progress, clear timeframes for completion, and planned forums to probe and learn.

Get things done while being mindful. Consider the results that you created and the unexpected encounters. It’s not about getting things done, but getting the right things done. Revised implementation should accommodate change. Looking back is not a bad thing, but useful to obtain vital information. It comprises of what worked and what needs improvement depending on its complexity. Always review developments and contemplate any adjustments to move forward.

Debriefed details should be actionable. Don’t leave any significant details. Hold yourself accountable and integrate what you have learned. You must be responsible with your actions and your commitments. If this is overlooked, nothing will work. Some are distinctly tenacious, but most people are not. Progress cannot be achieved without accountability. Goals are vital in life because it gives you a sense of purpose. Purpose also helps you to overcome difficult days and eventually, this could also contribute to your overall happiness, contentment, peace, health and wellbeing.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
InFitness AND IN

CSM: How do food and nutrition play an important role in healthy living?

MILOS: Health enters the mouth. Our body is the car of our soul. Take care of which fuel you use.

CSM: Explain the vital skills which may maintain focus and happiness.

MILOS: 15 minutes of meditation every day can help with that. If you haven’t tried it, be sure to try it and see for yourself.

CSM: What fitness aspirations do you want to achieve?

MILOS: I have always wanted to build a body that will be modeled on Greek statues of gods. I want a perfect harmony of muscle mass, shape, size and everything that just pleases every eye when you look at it. I strive for perfection that is unattainable.

CSM: Describe the most essential exercises to keep you active.

MILOS: For me, the most important exercise does not exist. Every type of physical activity is supported, even if it was a 30-minute walk a day. As I have already said, the body is the car of our soul, the more you enter it, the more it will be preserved. Training is in the gym is my choice, what is it that you will choose?

CSM: What is the fundamental gym etiquette that people should practice?

MILOS: All the machines in the gym are the best thing that has been invented for training. We allow us to isolate a specific muscle that wants to train. My choice is always machines!

CSM: Simplify if it’s a good idea to work out when feeling mentally stressed.

MILOS: Training is the best way to get rid of stress, the chorus of happiness comes after a good workout so make yourself go to work out and see the beautiful feeling your body will reward you with!

CSM: Expound why a personal trainer should know all of the medical history of a client.

MILOS: Injuries are an integral part of every workout. A good coach will take everything into account and take care not to injure himself. If your coach doesn’t ask about your medical history, know that I don’t know what he’s doing with you either! Beware of such coaches!

CSM: Fact or myth? There is a connection between mental and physical health. Why is that?

MILOS: The most beautiful work in life is working on yourself. Every work starts with the easiest, and that is work on the body. When we see changes in it and feel beautiful in my skin, the mental change comes on its own, as well as the desire to feel even better in my skin.

CSM: What major tips can you provide to those who want to achieve their fitness goals?

MILOS: Everyone can do anything. If you want hard enough, you will do your best to make it happen. A good plan and commitment is the key to any success. Only the first step is important and progress is guaranteed!

CSM: What are some simple things that people can do, in their day-to-day routine, besides working out, to see results faster?

MILOS: Dedicate yourself to a diet of at least 70% and see how much impact it can have and thrive in the gym as well as in everyday life.

Everyone can do anything. If you want hard enough, you will do your best to make it happen. A good plan and commitment is the key to any success. Only the first step is important and progress is guaranteed!”

MILOS NaStaSIjevIc TALKS ABOUT DIVERSITY, INCLUSIVITY,

aND EQUITY

CSM: Explain what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean to you and why they’re important.

MILOS: Every soul is a world unto itself. Everyone’s life is equally important. As long as we do not hurt another, we should follow what makes our soul happy. Diversity is what makes us all special and we need to be as different as possible!

CSM: What is the most challenging aspect of working in a diverse environment?

MILOS: The most challenging aspect of a diverse working environment is accepting and embracing differences. Multiple voices, perspectives, and personalities bouncing off one another can give rise to out-of-the-box thinking.

CSM: What is your approach to understanding the perspectives of colleagues from different backgrounds?

MILOS: I have an understanding for everyone and I like to get to know other traditions. If I like something, I will apply it in my life as well, if not, I will be glad to have met some new ways of thinking different from mine. That is the beauty of life.

CSM: How would you handle a situation where a client or a talent was being culturally insensitive, sexist, racist, or homophobic?

MILOS: I would try to explain to them that the beauty of life is in diversity. Anyone who is reasonable can understand a nice explanation. I believe that the answer to everything is love. So I believe that my point of view would help everyone to broaden their horizons, no matter how conservative they were.

CSM: How would you advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion with brands or companies that don’t understand its importance?

MILOS: Understanding and building awareness is a first step towards real change, respecting and embracing other people’s experiences and realities.

CSM: Discuss a time when you advocated for diversity and inclusion.

MILOS: I come across this every day because even though I am a straight person, I have a lot of gay friends. Many of my straight friends have no understanding of how I can understand my gay friends. In the Balkans, the topic of gay is still taboo and that is why I often encounter condemnation from others. But it’s easy to fight it because like I said the answer is love. If someone does not understand that, he does not have the capacity to understand that. Does the soul have sex? It’s all a matter of taste. God said he is on the side of justice so I will always fight and advocate for justice. If someone sins, God will judge, it is up to us only to forgive and to love, understand and fight to make the world a better place to live.

CSM: Describe an ideal brand that has a sense of inclusion, belonging, and equity on a daily basis?

MILOS: Diversity, equity, and inclusion are three very important topics to me. I believe that diversity means representation across a wide range of traits, backgrounds, and experiences but marketing isn’t always easy to do right. An inclusive or thought-provoking campaign takes time, effort, and careful thought to be successful one of those brands are Axe, CocaCola, Procter & Gamble, and Microsoft.

CSM: What steps will you take to eliminate bias from other brands or companies?

MILOS: Designing diversity training programs that focus on changing biased behavior in the short term can be the key to changing biased attitudes over the longer term.

Understanding and building awareness is a first step towards real change, respecting and embracing other people’s experiences and realities.”

CSM: Expound why a personal trainer should know all of the medical history of a client.

LAURA: You never want to put someone’s health in danger. It is key to know that they are physically able to perform the exercises and it is a way to know if there are exercises that should be avoided so that modifications can be made.

CSM: Fact or myth? There is a connection between mental and physical health. Why is that?

LAURA: There is absolutely a connection between mental and physical health. Exercise releases endorphins that make us feel good. Combining exercise with good nutrition and drinking plenty of water is also key.

CSM: What major tips can you provide to those who want to achieve their fitness goals?

LAURA: In college, I was more than 100 pounds overweight. I first focused on eating right and then slowly added in exercise. That was over 20 years ago, and those learned eating habits and exercise skills I have honed over the years to become healthier at 50 than I was at 30. I know it isn’t easy, but starting with small goals leads to bigger successes.

CSM: What are some simple things that people can do, in their day-to-day routine, besides working out, to see results faster?

LAURA: I always recommend taking the stairs instead of the elevator, park farther from the door to the store, walk your dog if you have one, etc. little things like this add up over time. I also recommend learning to cook some healthy dishes that you enjoy. I keep my menu very simple and eat the same things every day, but change them slightly with various seasonings or cooking methods. CSM: 2020 was dubbed a challenging and surprising year. Simplify how did you show your resiliency?

DEV: 2020 was the best I would say!!! Obviously, why not? There is so much to learn. It taught to be patient and deal with the hurdles that came through, and gave me ample time to decide the next moves that may always help me to deal with such uncertainties.

CSM: What are the ways to take action in the face of uncertainty?

DEV: I would say most importantly be patient enough we have to keep faith on ourselves and always try to save more of money that may come in help in these uncertain times.

CSM: In your profession, how do you exude assertiveness and decisiveness?

DEV: It’s really easy. I do feel confident more in my profession because I love what I am doing. When you are doing what you love, you can be confident and take decisions easily.

CSM: What groundbreaking goals do you look forward to achieving?

DEV: Only one goal to be my best version every other day that gets appreciated by everyone I meet every day.

CSM: Describe the embodiment of confident and sexy?

DEV: When we love our work, being confident comes with it. It can make the person sexier and more confident on what he is doing or preaching.

CSM: How can you be distinctive in an industry that’s accelerating and competitive?

DEV: Honesty! For me, when you become honest with your work that will help to be distinctive.

CSM: What valuable lesson can you impart to others especially the next generation?

DEV: Trust yourself. Have faith in your approach that you are taking to reach your goals. Mindset is very important. No matter how many hurdles you may face, you should never give up. Just keep up the good work!

ON FITNESS TRAINING AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE:

CSM: How do food and nutrition play an important role in healthy living?

DEV: Food and nutrition are the ways that we can get fuel. It provides energy for our bodies. We need to replace nutrients in our bodies with a new supply every day. Water is an important component of nutrition. Fats, proteins, and carbohydrates are all required. Maintaining key vitamins and minerals are also important to maintaining good health. Smart nutrition and food choices can help prevent disease. Eating the right foods can help your body cope more successfully with an ongoing illness. A balanced diet with good food and proper nutrition supports normal growth, development and ageing, also helps to maintain a healthy body weight, and reduces the risk of chronic disease leading to overall health and well-being.

DONADEV DAS

CSM: Explain the vital skills which may maintain the consistency of weight or shape.

DEV: To maintain a healthy body weight, you need to keep eating healthy. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet and eat less carbohydrates, high sodium and unhealthy fat. Avoid eating junk food and sweets. Avoid skipping a meal—this will only make your body crave more food the moment you resume eating. Besides that we need to follow some other rules like, doing exercise every day to burn out the extra calories, maintain the meals timing and quantity, and having enough water in a day.

CSM: What fitness aspirations do you want to achieve?

DEV: There are several types of goals that people can set, but I just want to remain fit from outside and inside of my body, throughout my life. For me it’s important to keep moving no matter how old I am. I just want to keep my body and my brain healthy. I do exercise to maintain a healthy body weight, so that my joints can function properly all the time. I train my muscles to maintain a proper body shape. And I want to live longer and healthier. I want to keep my bones, muscles, and joints healthy, and make myself less likely to have things like diabetes, colon cancer, and osteoporosis.

CSM: Describe the most essential exercises for losing fat and for gaining weight.

DEV: There are a lot of exercises and training programmes for losing fats, like walking, running, swimming, cycling, resistance training, HIIT training and any kind of cardiovascular training. Any kind of functional training (swimming, running, cycling) or cardio vascular training not only reduces the fats faster but also helps to maintain the metabolism rate. And when it comes to resistance training, it also plays a vital role in fat loss programmes. In this training process, we hit the muscles directly by creating a force against the resistance which helps the muscles to be active and burn out the extra layer of fats on that particular area of the body. Exercises like squats, pushups, chin-ups, dips, and planks are the most common and effective exercises that people can do with high repetition movement to burn or lose the fats faster. and for the weight gaining process, people should go for heavy lifting exercises like squats, bench press, deadlift etc.. They should train their every muscle properly with some extra load and low repetition process. People should train heavily for the big muscles of the body like quadriceps, latis mass, and pectoralis muscles, then only the body will hunger for food, and when they give the proper nutrition according to the body weight and training, the body weight will automatically increase.

CSM: What is the fundamental gym etiquette that people should practice?

DEV: Put everything back where it belongs. Don’t hog the equipment. Wipe things down after you use them. Respect personal space.

CSM: Simplify if it’s a good idea to work out when feeling mentally stressed.

DEV: Since the body and mind are so closely linked, when your body feels better so, too, will your mind. Exercise is a powerful depression fighter for several reasons. Most importantly, it promotes all kinds of changes in the brain, including neural growth, reduced inflammation, and new activity patterns that promote feelings of calm and well-being. It also releases endorphins, powerful chemicals in your brain that energize your spirits and make you feel good.

CSM: Expound why a personal trainer should know all of the medical history of a client.

DEV: Medical history is important to know for a personal trainer because when a trainer has more information about a client’s medical history, fitness professionals can deliver the most appropriate and effective training regime or support for their concerns.

CSM: Fact or myth? There is a connection between mental and physical health. Why is that?

DEV: Fact! Mental and physical health is fundamentally linked. There are multiple associations between mental health and chronic physical conditions that significantly impact people’s quality of life, demands on health care and other publicly funded services, and generate consequences to society.

Understanding the links between mind and body is the first step in developing strategies to reduce the incidence of co-existing conditions and support those already living with mental illnesses and chronic physical conditions.

CSM: What major tips can you provide to those who want to achieve their fitness goals?

DEV: Be consistent! Consistency is the key to success. Don’t be impatient. Just train your body every day in any way you want. Your body definitely responds after a certain period of time. Train for your life; maintain your body like an asset. Have good foods and nutrients. Do various kinds of training. Don’t eat junk foods. Always go for less processed foods. Train, eat, and sleep properly.

CSM: What are some simple things that people can do, in their day-to-day routine, besides working out, to see results faster?

DEV: Besides working out people have to maintain their diet. They should avoid junk food and high calorie foods. People should not skip their meals; they should maintain their meal timing. They should intake less oil and less processed foods. Go for a king size breakfast but the dinner should be very light and earlier. No carbohydrates and no dairy products at night.

CSM: 2020 was dubbed a challenging and surprising year. Simplify how did you show your resiliency?

YOHANN: I’m the kind of person who always sees the glass half full. While 2020 has been a very special year, I have always tried to get the good in every situation. For example, during confinement, I took advantage of all the free time I had in addition to do new learning, piano, meditation ... Anyway, I think one of the best qualities in life is adaptation.

CSM: What are the ways to take action in the face of uncertainty?

YOHANN: I think uncertainty is a part of life, if everything was for sure there would be absolutely no stake and life would be a lot duller. Personally, I trust what happens to me in life, and I tell myself that nothing happens by chance. Failure is part of life learning and leads to success.

CSM: In your profession, how do you exude assertiveness and decisiveness?

YOHANN: Being in the military, a profession demands a level of expertise and discipline, so the requirement is my daily life. When I do something at work, and even in life, it’s to make it happen.

CSM: What groundbreaking goals do you look forward to achieving?

CSM: Describe the embodiment of confident and sexy?

YOHANN: For me, to be sexy is not a physical criterion but more an attitude. Anyone can be sexy by having confidence in themselves and their body. It is therefore necessary to be in adequacy body, mind and to work every day on its self-confidence.

CSM: How can you be distinctive in an industry that’s accelerating and competitive?

YOHANN: It is above all necessary to be persuaded to be the best and dark… At the greatest risks the greatest successes.

CSM: In terms of career, what does it take to be a good influence?

YOHANN: You have to understand and be interested in the people you work with. The more we understand them, the more we can get the best out of them. People who thrive in their jobs perform better.

CSM: What valuable lesson can you impart to others especially the next generation?

YOHANN: Listen to the world around you. Both the people around you and the environment in which you live. Listening to people and nature. Today, I feel like people just care about themselves, and rarely the people next to them and the planet they live on.

ON FITNESS TRAINING AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE:

CSM: How do food and nutrition play an important role in healthy living?

YOHANN: I like that phrase “we are what we eat”. A good metaphor is to compare yourself to a racing car, no matter how much you have the best racing car in the world, if you fill the tank with water, the car won’t even move forward. Well, for us it’s the same.

CSM: Explain the vital skills which may maintain the consistency of weight or shape. YOHANN: You have to visualize your goal and get there.

CSM: What fitness aspirations do you want to achieve?

YOHANN: I love my body the way it is there. I think it’s important to appreciate the work being done. I’m still striving for perfection, so I want to keep training and keep building muscle while staying dry.

CSM: Describe the most essential exercises for losing fat and for gaining weight.

YOHANN: I think there is no miracle exercise. The goal is to have a diet built and followed, and to have intense workouts that shock the metabolism.

CSM: What is the fundamental gym etiquette that people should practice?

YOHANN: I find abs are often overlooked so the friends are doing core training and abdominals. I think I’m the first who should take this advice.

CSM: Simplify if it’s a good idea to work out when feeling mentally stressed.

YOHANN: To battle stress, the best solution I think is meditation and visualizing the goal is successful. Be positive by believing we’re going make it and that giving up is not even an option.

CSM: Expound why a personal trainer should know all of the medical history of a client.

YOHANN: Knowing someone’s medical history will allow you to better adapt your training to avoid injuries. As I said, to evolve, you need discipline and regularity in training. Avoiding injury is essential.

CSM: Fact or myth? There is a connection between mental and physical health. Why is that?

YOHANN: For me, the body and mind connection is obvious, and an important part of health. I am convinced that if the mind is bad the body is bad too.

CSM: What major tips can you provide to those who want to achieve their fitness goals?

YOHANN: Personally, I am followed by a coach, which allows me to surpass myself and not stay on my achievements. When I go to the gym at night, I don’t give myself the choice to go tired or not, for me it’s like going to work, of course I enjoy it, but it’s mandatory.

CSM: What are some simple things that people can do, in their day-to-day routine, besides working out, to see results faster?

YOHANN: I think food makes all the difference. Having food hygiene and a healthy life can improve the physical greatly.

TALKS ABOUT DIVERSITY, INCLUSIVITY, aND EQUITY

CSM: Explain what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean to you and why they’re important.

YOHANN: I find that living in an environment full of diversification allows you to enrich yourself personally. For me diversity is essential, which is why I like to travel and learn through new cultures, to enrich myself personally from this diversity.

CSM: What is the most challenging aspect of working in a diverse environment?

YOHANN: The tolerance that is not given to everyone yet unfortunately.

CSM: What is your approach to understanding the perspectives of colleagues from different backgrounds?

YOHANN: I always try to put myself in their shoes, and understand their point of view. I think in a conflict, for example, the people are not right or wrong, they just have two different views of the situation and it is essential to understand the other’s point of view.

CSM: How would you handle a situation where a client or a talent was being culturally insensitive, sexist, racist, or homophobic?

YOHANN: In a professional environment, this is not something that I put up with. If you have different opinions, you keep them for your privacy, it has nothing to do at work. This is therefore something that I would sanction.

CSM: How would you advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion with brands or companies that don’t understand its importance?

YOHANN: In a hyper-connected world like ours, it is essential to reach as many people as possible in a business and therefore to deal with everyone’s diversity. By personal opinion, there are no good or bad looks; there is no good or bad culture. Everyone makes their own choices and the others must accept their choices and live with them in harmony.

CSM: Discuss a time when you advocated for diversity and inclusion.

YOHANN: In my work, there are people of different origins and cultures. I like to converse with them, to understand their beliefs and their culture.

CSM: Describe an ideal brand that has a sense of inclusion, belonging, and equity on a daily basis?

YOHANN: The most recent I have in mind is Gym Shark, which featured curvaceous people in their clothing photos.

CSM: What steps will you take to eliminate bias from other brands or companies?

YOHANN: In all sincerity, I will fight for my brand and my values without denigrating the competition. I would do anything to stand out from the crowd and create my own unique product.

... an environment full of diversification allows you to enrich yourself personally. For me diversity is essential, which is why I like to travel and learn through new cultures...”
