With a proven track record within both the retail and construction industry, Karen has held a number of Financial Director Positions, including with our Retail Partners John Lewis of Hungerford PLC.

What would be your perfect weekend?
What attracted you to your role with the institute? Being able to undertake a role with lots of different aspects to it What has impressed you most about the industry? The opportunity for individuals to create their own business. Enough of business, tell us about yourself, are you married? Do you have a family? Married for 27 years with two children (young adults!) Alexandra who is 21 and Matthew who is 16 What animal would you best liken to yourself when at work? OK – I’ve looked this one up! I think I would be a Beaver at work …. Dedicated, hardworking and sensible
