We are seeing the marketplace return to a more cyclical environment than the Houston area has experienced prior to the past 4 years. Inventory has stabilized over the fourth quarter of 2024 and remains generally low especially in certain neighborhoods. We expect activity to continue to be positive throughout the beginning of the year with activity increasing as the Spring approaches.
