Brentwood Country Club prohibits any outside food and/or beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, from being brought onto the grounds with the exception of wine. With the permission of the catering staff, outside wine may be brought in at the expense of the host for BCC to serve. The below corkage fee will be applied

The bar set-up fee is $100 per bar, with a minimum charge of $100 per bar.
Please contact us for a tour of the Club with one of our Special Events Directors. Please follow BCC policies regarding dress and behavior during the tour. Photographs of the property are permitted.
To book any of the rooms at BCC, we ask for a non‐refundable deposit for the amount of the room rental, along with a signed contract. The deposit will be applied towards the final invoice.
Should you wish to cancel your event at BCC, we do ask for advanced notice. Cancellation fees may apply. Should any major changes, as defined by BCC, be made 48 hours prior to the event date to the room requirements, guest expectancy, food and beverage, etc. full payment of guaranteed items will be included on the final invoice. In the event of undesirable weather, any outdoor events will be moved into the Clubhouse at no additional charge. We would also be happy to reschedule your event on a later date.
Should you wish to process any of your deposits or final payments via credit card, BCC adds a 4% convenience fee to the total amount being charged.
Members of BCC can elect to prepay the guaranteed charges for their event, or be invoiced on their monthly statements. Payment is expected within 30 days of receipt. All invoices for non‐members of BCC must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the agreed upon event date.
Brentwood Country Club is an all-exclusive club and an on-site catering venue. We do not allow any outside food or drink, with the exception of specialty desserts; i.e. wedding, birthday cakes, and favors. Outside food, non‐alcoholic beverages, and alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being brought on site for any event. Should you have something specific in mind for your event, please let us know. Chef and his staff would be more than happy to work with you. All food or beverages, with the exception of the wedding cake, must be provided by Brentwood Country Club. In addition, no food or beverage may be taken from the premises.
Delivery of wedding cakes provided by outside vendors, as well as flowers and/or centerpieces must be delivered day-of, no earlier. We lack the appropriate storage space for these items. Once we have begun the set-up procedures for the reception, we will be happy to accept the delivery of these items.
Brentwood Country Club allows a vegetarian meal offering of either a vegetable pasta or a steamed vegetable p late for those with dietary restrictions. For children, chicken tenders and fries can be provided. These options are in addition to the entrees you may offer your guests.
The Tennessee State Liquor Commission regulates the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages. BCC is responsible for the regulations. It is policy that absolutely no alcoholic beverages are to be brought onto BCC property. All persons giving or sponsoring a party are advised that the sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 years of age is not permitted on the premises of Brentwood Country Club. BCC reserves the right to cease service of alcoholic beverages in the event that persons under the state mandated age limit are present at the function and attempt to receive service of alcoholic beverages.
The event host is responsible for advising any and all guests and event vendors of the Club’s dress code. Collared shirts and closed toe shoes for gentlemen are required.
BCC will allow the host and/or the contracted vendor’s access to the rented rooms for decorations and set up prior to the event. Clean‐up and tear‐down from the event should be completed within one hour after the event concludes.
Arrangements for entertainment are the responsibility of the party host. Any bands, DJs, etc. that wish to view the property prior to the event date may set up an appointment with the events’ staff.
No decorations involving tacks or nails into the woodwork or damage to the building will be permitted. It is our policy that any damages to the property or equipment will be charged to the party host.
The throwing of rice, bird seed or sparklers, upon departure, are strictly prohibited. There is a $250 clean up fee for the use of rose petals when thrown during an exit from an event. The host of the event will be charged for any damage caused to the Clubhouse by guests of that event.
Brentwood Country Club provides white, black or ivory tablecloths and your choice of napkin color. Most standard colors are available. Tablecloths are ¾ lengths, not floor length. Brentwood Country Club does not provide chair covers and will not put them on. There is a charge of $75 to take them off. Please be advised that not all chair covers fit every type of chair.
Williamson County sales tax is 9.75% and will be added to the total cost of the event. All applicable state liquor taxes will be applied to all alcohol charges. If your company is state tax exempt, please submit a tax exemption form at the time of booking. Tax exempt status does not include any alcohol purchases.
Client is responsible for payment of all federal, state and local sales, excise, use or other taxes, duties or assessments which are levied or imposed by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. All taxes, duties or assessments which BCC shall be obligated to pay or collect in connection with the Event shall be paid by Client upon demand by BCC and shall be added to and become a part of the Event Service Charge.
In order to ensure the best possible service and ease for your guests, we will schedule an appropriate number of servers for your event. Also, BCC will add a 20% taxable service charge to each event.
Our valued Members receive preferred pricing when hosting a personal event for themselves or any immediate family members. Preferred pricing will also apply to any corporate or company event hosted by a Member. We will extend select privileges for those Members wishing to sponsor a friend or associate for an event. Please note that not all privileges are transferable to guests when being sponsored by a Member. Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding this policy.
