Hart Center at the Luth Athletic Complex
The College of the Holy Cross engaged BOND Building to provide preconstruction and construction management services for the renovation and expansion of the Hart Athletic Center.
This revitalized, modern facility is the central piece of the College’s plan to transform and rejuvenate their Athletics program.

This facility is a game-changer for Holy Cross, raising the profile of our athletics program and our entire institution. What we now have at Holy Cross exceeds the athletic facilities of so many of our peer institutions and even some of the top programs in the country in certain areas.

BOND Building provided preconstruction and construction management services for the 3,100 SF expansion, renovation and re-purposing of a three-story building and its site. SquashBusters is a sports-based youth enrichment program that uses the sport of squash and academic support to nurture urban youth. Housed in a low-rise building that also contains Northeastern’s fitness center and multipurpose room, the building is on a tight urban site and key challenges for the project were planning for utility relocations and keeping the building operable during construction.

Sally Blair Ames Sports Complex
BOND Building provided preconstruction and construction management for a substantial 24,000 SF renovation and 50,000SF addition. During preconstruction, BOND Building carefully planned methods to meet the College’s priorities and maximize their budget.
BOND Building organized a procurement plan to facilitate a well-informed subcontractor pool and provide best value to the College. To streamline construction, BOND Building verified existing conditions by laser scanning. The project was delivered early and under budget.
