National Governors Association - Kevin Dawson, Don Blevins, Jack Owens “We would like to thank you and the entire Bognet Family for the attention to detail and professionalism that the entire team exuded on the NGA HQ renovation project. We especially want to recognize the hard work and dedication of Don Blevins, Kevin Dawson and Jack Owens. During the GC interviews, Bognet was the clear choice to NGA, Fox and MGAC. The team that interviewed for the project shortly changed and we were nervous that NGA would have some reservations. That was not the case at all and the project ended up better than everyone could have anticipated. It was no small task for Don, Kevin and Jack to get up to speed with the previous PM leaving on such short notice. There were unresolved issues with the lighting supplier and long lead materials were still being flushed out when the switch took place. This team stepped up, took ownership and delivered a FANTASTIC project! In addition, we would like to commend the entire Team on their response to COVID and all of the safety measures and planning that must have gone into action when the pandemic started. We were all learning together for the first time how to respond, how to treat the job site and each member that showed up to work or inspect the site. Having to adjust to the jurisdictions new virtual inspections, etc. must have been no small undertaking. We would be remiss if we did not recognize all the efforts that must have taken from each and every Bognet team member. Don Blevins – Superstar Superintendent! Don was always in control of the jobsite and whenever we walked the site, it was obvious that the sub-contractors and vendors respected Don’s job site and were all working as a team. Don was always a pleasure to speak to and NGA truly loved working with him. NGA trusted that Don would take care of any issues that arose and worked tirelessly to ensure that the job went smoothly. Don was also on the job site during the DC protests, encountered some damage to his vehicle, and worked nights/mornings/weekends. We truly appreciate his dedication to the client and the project and would recommend Don for future projects. As the owner’s rep, we feel the superintendent is critical to the success or failure of any project and with Don, we had the utmost faith that this project was always in great shape. Although we encountered some challenges, Don always came with a solution and was so positive and a true pleasure to work with. Kevin Dawson – Rockstar PM! Despite Kevin coming into this project about 1/3 of the way through, he seamlessly fell into place with the team as if he had been on the project the entire time. Kevin’s positive and professional attitude is extremely contagious and everyone on the team had faith that Kevin would keep things moving forward despite any issues that came up. Kevin walked into this project with challenges due to owner vendor delays and incomplete information. Kevin ensured that Don had whatever he needed on the job site to keep things running smoothly. He was often the voice of reason when questions came up from the client and the other team members. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him for future projects. Jack Owens – Shining Star and Awesome APM! Jack has been the constant on this team from day one. He is extremely organized and thorough and it is evident that he is the glue to this team. Without Jack making sure that submittals and RFI’s were issued and responded to in a timely manner, this project could have turned out differently. Jack has a very bright future and we hope that this project was an example of what a good project looks like. Due to his organizational skills, Jack kept all of us on task and ensured that Don and Kevin received information required to maintain schedule. Jack was very responsive and helpful to all members of the team, qualities that are highly appreciated. As like Kevin and Don, Jack was also a pleasure to work with and we would also recommend him for future projects. We all love when a project goes smoothly and the client is happy. Thank you again for all of your tireless work, long hours, preparation for meetings, early mornings, late nights and weekends – it did not go unnoticed. We look forward to working together again very soon.” Kristina Leighty Senior Vice President | MGAC

Kaiser Permanente Testing is available at no cost for Kaiser Members. With recent spikes in cases, they are screening people prior to setting testing appointments. They offer drive-up/drivethrough testing. In addition to testing available through Kaiser Permanente, you may choose to be tested at an external licensed, independent facility (for example, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart or other retail locations or at a private lab). Many of these facilities bill Kaiser Permanente directly, so you may not have to pay anything out of pocket, but if you are charged, Kaiser Permanente will provide reimbursement for the cost of the test as long as it is conducted by a licensed facility. Pixel by LabCorp - At-Home Test 1. Complete an eligibility survey. 2. Choose a billing option. 3. Receive the sample collection kit via FedEx. 4.
