Please join us for a happy hour at the Rhum Roost (Perch Putt) to kick off Summer. The Rhum Roost is atop Capital One Center on The Perch. Please park in the Wegman’s & Retail parking garage (underneath The Perch) or the parking lot across the street. Do not park in the Hotel & Event garage (as it is $30 for parking…) Enter the North or South elevators and press 11. Once you alight on The Perch, you can’t miss it--Perch Putt is adjacent to the lobby entrance of The Watermark Hotel. In the event of rain, we will move to Patsy’s back porch.
