B U IL D I NG REL ATIONSH IPS C U STO MER FEE DB AC K - OASH / U S DH H S “First, let me say I deeply regret not writing you sooner to tell you how pleased my agency is with the lease construction project your company performed on our Headquarters at the Tower Building in Rockville. All projects, especially government projects on a large scale like this one, require many people with different perspectives and interest in the outcome to collaborate for a successful project and a high quality deliverable. Your whole team, particularly Mike Coyle, Mark Gentili and Billy Franklin were instrumental in the project’s success. I’d like to take the time to speak to the important highlights of their contributions. Mike Coyle was a steady and calming influence on the design efforts and construction plan. Mark ran effective weekly meetings, provided a look ahead schedule and managed the coordination of the Government vendors for furniture, IT cabling and security systems. He did a fantastic job. Over my Federal career I have managed many large scale construction projects and I have to say, Billy Franklin is among the best superintendents I have worked with...”

In honor of Debbie Corsetti, we are planning to install a 6’ memorial bench at our office (see sample photo below). We are hoping to have the bench installed by her birthday – October 14th. Debbie was a vital part of this company for over 20 years. She had many personal relationships with each one of you, and we are hoping to have you participate in a design challenge to honor her memory. The winning design will be utilized in the final production of the memorial bench.
