IN CASE YO U M I SSE D I T

WELCOME Landon Yeartie! Landon Yeartie has joined the team as an Assistant Project Manager. Landon graduated from Slippery Rock University in May of 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management. He graduated Fairmont State in 2020 with a Master’s in Business Administration. After relocating here from Florida, he worked for Diplomatic Security at the State Department. Fun Fact! Landon played college football for the top Division 2 program at Slippery Rock University and was a part of the 2015 Idaho Potato bowl championship team at The University of Akron.

“I wanted to send over an e-mail acknowledging the hard work that Devin has put in on the projects at Alexander Court. Our building can be a little challenging to work in at times with all of the scheduling constraints, sensitive tenants, structural restrictions, etc., but Devin has always exceeded our expectations for coordination, cleanliness, and in general just following through on requests that are made in our weekly meetings. Of particular note, he took control of the issues that we were having with the ADA Door Operator for the Suite 220 work yesterday, getting Dorma on site this morning on very short notice, and then went the extra mile this afternoon by personally coming out and handling the final back-box swap that was needed to complete the project. This level of effort helped avoid additional delays that we were potentially facing, and allowed us to issue the substantial completion notice for the new tenant (which was due by COB today).

Devin has been great to work with, and we hope to get to work with him on future projects at the building.” David White, Senior Vice President | Avison Young
