“Hello Jim, Hope you are doing well! As Bognet wraps up another project at one of my buildings in Arlington, I wanted to send you a note about how great your team is. Greg Johnson, Devin Morrow and Charles Petitt did a great job on our spec suite 200 at 1400 Crystal. It was organized, clean and well delivered! They all communicated so well with on-site LPC team and Mike Diliberto, our CM on this project. Kudos to you and your whole operation!” Irina Hood | Lincoln Property Company Vectrus - Trevor Hirst, David Piraino, Alex Narrow, Tim French, Jerry Browning, Rosalie Gibbons & Julia Danis “I wanted to write you to let you know just how well everything went on Vectrus (7901 Jones Branch, McLean), which wrapped up construction around the end of June. The project went very well, and it couldn’t have happened without the Bognet team! Alex Narrow and Tim French, the PM and APM respectively, managed the Vectrus budget exceptionally well, especially when we learned early in construction about a lack of a contingency built in on the client’s end. With this in mind, Alex and Tim worked hard and successfully with subs to reduce and/or eliminate any change orders, even those originating with the client’s directive. Additionally, despite facing many shipping uncertainties and long lead times as a result of the pandemic, delays were minimized and mostly avoided altogether. An on-time move-in was an extra high priority for the client, as they were up against a terminating lease at their old location, so Alex and Tim’s work in this regard were a major positive contribution to the client’s satisfaction. These efforts, paired with their alwaysorganized and continual communication with me, made for another very successful project delivery! Jerry Browning, the site super, did wonderfully in organizing/scheduling the subs on site, keeping everyone safe (of particular importance during a pandemic), and keeping close tabs on any site conditions that needed addressing. He provided clear outlines of any issue that arose, including pictures, drawings, and descriptions, and made problem-solving easy for whatever came up, regardless of my presence on site or not. His eye for quality-control should also not be overlooked. Additionally, please offer my praise to the Bognet marketing team for their great work on the photos of the finished space. They show very well and make the space look amazing!” Hillary Keene | FORM Architects
