It has always been something I’ve wanted to pursue. Now, I am blessed to have the opportunity to volunteer at the station less than a mile from my childhood home, right in the heart of the City of Fairfax. The relationships I’ve built, as well as the knowledge and experiences I continue to gain from being in the department is invaluable and I wouldn’t trade any of it for the world.
