I just wanted to pass along some very kind words that Kate and Brian Mulcahy/Celebree shared today about our interview. They thought we were very prepared, professional and engaging. Kate said she absolutely loved Steve’s personality and that he sealed the deal for her!! Brian mentioned he has a separate business where he helps companies give compelling presentations. He said it looked like we had taken a lot of time to prepare and did not just “wing it”. Great job to everyone!! - Jennifer

W H AT W E’R E S EEI NG Incoming Office Trends | Perspectives from OTJ & Washington Workplace • Increase in unassigned seating (hoteling & hotdesking) due to a more flexible work from home schedule — not everyone needs a designated office/ cubicle. • 10%+ increase in meeting space • Office as a destination/hub — many employees are traveling in only for important meetings and project collaboration • Focus on space & building amenities • Creative reconfiguration / new function of existing space
