Month in Review IN CAS E YO U M I SSE D I T EMR Rating | After an unprecedented year for jobsite safety and wellness, I am excited to announce that our EMR rating has dropped to .79! This is lower than the OSHA industry average – a testament to the dedication our field team and subcontractors, adapting on-site operations around new health concerns in order to send everyone home safely. Beyond the numbers, we are proud to have a safety program that, at its core, stands as a commitment to the wellbeing of Bognet employees and subcontractors. As reinforced by our Bognet Way values, we are dedicated to improving and reducing the number of injuries and illnesses on Bognet projects. Congrats on this amazing accomplishment! This number will be finalized in May, but we couldn’t wait to share it with you!

Employee Spotlights Jabaar Murray Controller Three facts about Jabaar: 1. Jabaar just passed his 1 year milestone working at Bognet! 2. COVID-19 may have foiled his plans to sit for his CPA exam last year, but he has rescheduled for early this summer. 3. He is celebrating his 20 year wedding anniversary in September and hopes to travel to Hawaii to celebrate!
Maria Frank Project Accountant I have been a project accountant at Bognet for almost a year. A lot has changed in our world but what hasn’t is the team interaction; it’s proven resilient. We’ve all maintained our commitment to our teams and can’t wait to get back to business as usual. My husband and I have a son, daughter, son-in-law, and a grandson who arrived

almost 11 months ago, the Silver Lining through all of this. He is an absolute joy in all of our lives, albeit more than a few sleepless weekend nights. We are the de facto weekend babysitters. Pre-COVID I enjoyed activities such as hot yoga, group cycling classes, walking, shopping in the urban centers, and visiting family and friends in Arizona. Now it’s indoor cycling, walks at arms- length, crossing the street when I see someone coming, argh!! It’s made my walks longer. I look forward most to not being the “the person in the cube “ and back to my space in the accounting department.
