WELCOME TO THE TEAM This month we welcomed two Superintendents and a Project Manager to our team!
Cory Snow is joining us from Doyle Construction. Prior to Doyle, he worked for Kinsley Construction and Pizzano Contractors. Cory worked in Denmark for five years managing a warehouse for one of his U.S. clients.
Khamani Cox is joining us from Anderson Mechanical. He previously worked with our team on the College Board Project.
Jason Moon is joining us as a Project Manager on Team Stalteri. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech and has been working as an Architect from 2003 – 2022 in Alexandria, Virginia. We are excited to work with Jason and leverage his unique skill set on the GC side of the business.

We had a great morning touring the Residence at Colvin Run with Superintendent, Don Blevins and his right-hand-man, Chris Mills. Thank you Mike Coyle, Mark Gentili, Don and Chris for showing us the culmination of your efforts over the past 2 years. Your hard work has paid off!
The Walker Road Team and Jim attended the Grand Opening of the Residence at Colvin Run. Congratulations Don on your well-deserved shout out! Way to go team!
Our team (Isabell Shoptaw, Brandon Murphy, Will Colclough, Drew Pearson and Abbey Zacharias) attended the Virginia Tech and GMU career fairs.
Quinn and Tracey attended OTJ’s tour of the historical Visitation Hotel.

James Lovett works as a Volunteer Firefighter for Fairfax County. His fire station is collecting them for the Boy Scouts. Please bring them in for James and they will be properly retired.
We have started collecting pull tabs in the office! These can come from ANY can soda, beer, cat food, colored aluminum too! These tabs are recycled and 100% of the money we earn is used to offset the cost of the families are stay at Ronald McDonald house.

Currently, there are 6,482 ESOPs covering almost 14 million participants. ESOP companies are diverse: there are ESOPs in almost every industry, ranging in company size from just a few employees to more than 250,000, spread throughout the U.S.
Please join us on Monday, 10/31 , dressed to impress, in your best costume for our Annual Halloween Costume Contest . Lunch will be served at noon
You’re Officially Challenged to a Pumpkin Carving Contest ! This will be held at 2pm
1. Teams will consist of 2-3 employees and will be assigned if employees don’t sign up as a team.
2. Pumpkins/Carving Tools will be provided. If you want to use specific decorations or props, please bring them.
3. You will be able to clean out your pumpkin at 1PM. Once they are cleaned out, they must be returned to the kitchen. No other work may be started on your pumpkin or you will be disqualified from the competition.
4. The contest will officially begin at 2PM. You will have one hour to complete your pumpkin.
5. If you have props for the pumpkin, only 10% of the preparation may be completed at home in advance.
6. Pumpk ins will be judged based on the following categories: Scariest, Funniest, Most Creative, and Best Use of Materials.
7. Employees will be allowed to vote on 1 Pumpkin Per Category. Prizes will be awarded!
