Month in Review

Remembering Glenn Roberson As many of you know, Glenn had worked as our CFO, since 2012. He supported the company’s growth over the years and worked on many financial acquisitions. We will miss his witty banter, his creativity, his quiet strength, and his awesome brain trust. Our hearts go out to Glenn’s family at this difficult time. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Glenn’s Celebration of Life event scheduled on June 11th from 1-4. Rest in Peace, Glenn.

Welcome Baby Cece! We are excited to announce the birth of Cecilia Joy French! Tim French and his wife Liz, welcomed baby Cecilia or Cece (for short) this past Thursday. Cece weighed 7 lbs, 7 oz. and was 20 inches long. Mom and baby are doing great!

Remembering Rick Walker Rick worked with Bognet since March of 2016. He was highly respected by both clients and colleagues and will be missed immensely by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. Covid Protocols Reminder Masks are required in the following scenarios: • • •

If you are working in a county with a high COVID-19 Community Level. If the client or building requires masks to be worn. If you are vaccinated but been exposed to COVID-19 through “close contact”, you must wear a mask for 10 days. Unvaccinated workers who are exposed through close contact will be required to quarantine for at least 5 days and wear a mask for five additional days.

He has really gone above and beyond these last few weeks (including easter weekend) to personally go to their space and address items that were not necessarily his responsibility. Hilary Fordwich presented on the importance of being likeable and gaining trust and respect from your clients. Her purpose was to show that with likeability, trust and respect, a client will want to work with you.

A key point Hilary made at the beginning of her speech was that 15% of the success of professional services is due to technical knowledge and 85% is due to the skill in human engineering. She followed this up with the definition of likeability, trust and respect, and provided valuable tips on how a client respect should be treated. Hilary then shared her proven method of success of following the 5 Cs of Relationship Truth:

ONGOING - Ronald McDonald House Soda Tab Collection We have started collecting pull tabs in the office! These can come from ANY can — soda, beer, cat food, colored aluminum too! These tabs are recycled and 100% of the money we earn is used to offset the cost of the families are stay at Ronald McDonald house.

Donate your Old American Flags! We will be collecting old flags so the boy scouts can properly retire them. James Lovett’s fire department has made a box so he is willing to collect.
