Always point them to the cross. Always point them to the cross.

The Word is eternal. It was written to instruct us in all things. As we are privileged to have another voting opportunity, Christians must approach LGBTQ issues from the standpoint of biblical authority — interpreting Scripture as the final authority on human sexuality, gender, and marriage. Evangelical churches uphold a traditional view of sexuality and gender as found in the Bible.
Biblical Foundation:
Genesis 1:27 – “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.”
Genesis 2:24 – “Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.” God’s design for human sexuality is expressed in the complementary relationship between male and female in marriage. Sexual relations are seen as a gift from God reserved for this holy covenant.
2 Marriage as a Sacred Covenant
Biblical Foundation:
Matthew 19:4–6 – Jesus reaffirms Genesis, saying, “Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female’… what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
Ephesians 5:31–32 – Paul compares the marriage union to the relationship between Christ and the Church.
Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, symbolizing Christ’s faithful love for His people.

3 Homosexual Behavior in the Old Testament
Biblical Foundation:
Leviticus 18:22 – “You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.”
Leviticus 20:13 – Repeats the same prohibition under the Mosaic law. These passages are interpreted as clear prohibitions of same-sex sexual acts, part of God’s moral law reflecting His design for holiness and order.
Biblical Foundation: Romans 1:26–27 – Describes same-sex relations as contrary to nature and part of humanity’s rebellion against God.
1 Corinthians 6:9–11 – Lists “men who practice homosexuality” among those who “will not inherit the kingdom of God,” but adds that some believers were “washed, sanctified, and justified.”
1 Timothy 1:9–10 – Includes “those practicing homosexuality” among behaviors contrary to sound doctrine.
These texts are seen as reaffirming the moral continuity between Old and New Testaments regarding sexual ethics, while also emphasizing forgiveness and transformation through Christ.

Biblical Foundation:
John 8:10–11 – Jesus forgave the woman caught in adultery but also said, “Go and sin no more.”
John 13:34–35 – “Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.”
Galatians 6:1–2 – Believers should restore others gently and bear one another’s burdens.
Born again people are called to speak truth in love (Ephesians 4:15), showing compassion and respect toward LGBTQ individuals while upholding biblical teaching. Most emphasize pastoral care and grace rather than condemnation.
Biblical Foundation:
2 Corinthians 5:17 – “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.”
Galatians 2:20 – “It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.”
Identity is ultimately found not in sexuality or orientation but in relationship with Christ. Real and genuine followers of Jesus encourage all believers to align their desires and lives with biblical holiness. One plants the seed of the Gospel, another waters the seed, and God gives the increase. 1 Corinthians 3:6-8
Let us pray, show the love of Christ without compromise and expand the Kingdom!

Our work with OMI in Pakistan continues to grow. We are now training 25 preachers weekly for a 1.5 hour class teaching various fundamental doctrines and subjects where the preachers need strengthened. Currently they are teaching on the authority on the Word of God, the trinity, the exclusivity of Christ for salvation, the diety of Christ. Thank you to everyone who is helping support these classes via zoom. It wouldn’t happen without your help.

Plans are in the works for a March 2026 trip to Pakistan.Pray for open doors and financial blessings that this may come to pass for the glory of the Lord.

Welcome to our “It’s Personal” page. For so long we’v haring our highs and lows, praises and prayer requests with you, our dear friends and family. We wanted to stay connected with you because with God, it’s always personal. We hope you enjoy a little of our family connections.
It’s always a joy to share what’s happening personally in our lives. The weather has begun to be much cooler and with that comes challenges.
Unfortunately, Dr. Bob’s meniscus repair was as not as successful as we had hoped. He is now under a doctor’s care locally in Virginia and will have scans done to see if a knee replacement will be necessary. We believe in the great physcian and will stand on His Word that he is healed in Jesus name. Whether it’s instant or through medical assistance we believe that Bob will be able to continue the work of the ministry and missions.
Luke returns December 2 from his time with YWAM in France. He will be evaluating what his next goals will be and seeking direction from the Lord. That might be returning to Europe or it might be landing here and waiting for clear direction, but either way we are excited to see him home. We’ve missed him.
Dustin has been accepted into the Navy and will leave at the end of November for boot camp. We are so proud of everything he’s accomplished and love that he continues to try finding his place in service. Rob is settled in Nebraska and we’d love to plan a trip out west to see him.

Everyone else is doing well and going through their own journey. We are blessed.
DON’T FORGET OUR SHARE YOUR STORY! WILL YOU BE THE FIRST?
If you have anything you’d like to share, a testimony of how God has used BVM, Dr. Bob or Dr. Christy in your life or the life of a loved one, we’d love to post your story. We overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony. Yeah, that’s good stuff!

At Orchard Ministries International we are all about Soul Winning, that is our mandate and our mission. We are in the end time harvest for the Kingdom. Time is short and it's time the body of Christ rises up and uses the authority given by Jesus Christ to make a difference in this world. Jesus commanded us to walk in Love, that is what we must do. We are the light of the world, called to walk in peace and authority. The devil comes only to steal, to kill and to destroy. Jesus Christ has already defeated the devil and put him under OUR feet. Jesus said to occupy until He comes. We are not to sit back and watch the things of this world transpire. Everywhere that the believers foot treads we are to take ground for the Kingdom. We do not walk to victory but we walk in victory because of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ! This is what Orchard Ministries International is called to do and will continue to do through the Anointing placed on us.
We’d like to recognize the work and ministry of Orchard Ministries Int. We support and endorse the work he is doing in the Kingdom!

We can never tell you enough how thankful we are for your generosity. It is our prayer, that as God sees your generous spirit, that He knows He can trust you with what He has given to you, and that He will fulfill His promise, that your lives will be overflowing with the Spirit of God and have all of your desires met, and then be an even greater blessing to the Kingdom.
