Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands! 2 Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before His presence with singing. 3 Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. 4 Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise.Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. 5 For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting,And His truth endures to all generations.
Psalm 100
Being thankful. Thankfulness is at the heart of a believer’s faith and makes this time of year special. Psalm 100 is referred to often as the “Thanksgiving Psalm.” Let’s look further into these five verses of worship, for the individual and as a nation.
“Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands! Serve the Lord with gladness; come before His presence with singing.” A national invitation. And the invitation carries with it clear instructions. From whom? The nation. To whom? The Lord. How? A joyful shout, a heart gladly serving others as unto the Lord. When we do, we truly come into His presence, for He is present on the lips of our praise. A true nation who has colletively decided to praise their God with excitement and joy, so that the whole world can hear. A rally cry to be one nation under God with the worship of joy. Does it come alive for you? Joining brothers and sisters in Christ to proclaim His goodness?
“Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.” This verse makes it clear, the emotions that we express in verse one are because of the knowledge and acknowledgment that God is the Lord, He made us and we are His sheep. We belong to Him. A true heart that knows it is safe can look upward and forward with faith and not backward and around, watching in fear. He created us, so, therefore, He knows us. His grace covers our humaness once we place our faith in Jesus to save us.

“Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise.” The writer of this Scripture brings forth beautiful words that bring us to the temple together, as the kings and queens of royalties were given honor and worthy of acclamations of gratitude. Today, He sits on our hearts as King, but He also draws us together into corporate worship. Healings take place here when worship goes up. Miracles of salvation happen when Scripture is sung together. Love is expressed and experienced when the promises of who He is gets proclaimed together. This is a picture of a King and His people in unity.
“For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations.” The psalmist concludes by stating the nature of who God is: everlasting, truthful and forever, to us and those who come after us. That means that not only do we worship Him, but we stand on the testimonies of those who came before us of His character, but those who come after us will stand on our testimony of His character as well. He is the true and living God. He is alive to everyone willing, everywhere willing, and for all time.
We wish for the spirit of Thanksgiving to remain in your hearts throughout the entire year. While we, as a nation, commemorate a historical moment that highlights the kindness between peoples and acknowledge the contributions of Indigenous Native Americans and Pilgrims, let us also celebrate our inherent reliance on God and His boundless goodness and mercy towards us everyday.

Our work with OMI in Pakistan continues to grow. We are now training 25 preachers weekly for a 1.5 hour class teaching various fundamental doctrines and subjects where the preachers need strengthened. Currently they are teaching on the authority on the Word of God, the trinity, the exclusivity of Christ for salvation, the diety of Christ. Thank you to everyone who is helping support these classes via zoom. It wouldn’t happen without your help.

Plans are in the works for a March 2026 trip to Pakistan.Pray for open doors and financial blessings that this may come to pass for the glory of the Lord.

Each Tuesday morning 6am, which is 4pm in Pakistan 25 pastors assemble to be taught seminary level instruction. These brothers and sisters are thirsty for the Word of God.
We have dealt with lessons on the Inspiration of Scripture; the deity of Christ; Soteriology, which is the doctrine of salvation; the substitutionary death of Jesus Christ; the Rapture of the Church; the pre-millennial return of Jesus to the Earth; the five New Testament judgments, to name a few.
Pastor Shahid Chaman, is the facilitator and translator for this class, along with his wife Abana. Orchard Ministries Int. provides the office space and the Zoom connection to make this class possible.
We are presently negotiating the purchase of four lots in which to build a building that can serve as a church, Bible institute classes and an apartment. The land purchase alone is $24,000. This is the first stage. Please pray too see if the Lord would have you help in this.

Welcome to our “It’s Personal” page. For so long we’v haring our highs and lows, praises and prayer requests with you, our dear friends and family. We wanted to stay connected with you because with God, it’s always personal. We hope you enjoy a little of our family connections.
Well, we just had the first few snow flurries in Stephens City, Virginia. It’s cold! But it was on Black Friday so it set the scene for some wonderful holiday shopping.
This week we have been preparing for Luke’s return from France. His room had been turned into storage so we had to turn it back but this time it will be storage/bedroom. Can anyone else relate? We believe his time here will be temporary. God has great things in store for him and he is still getting prepared. But isn’t that like our time here on Earth. It’s only a temporary dwelling place. Our real residence is in Heaven and that’s the desitantion we should be planning for.
We have also been preparing for Bob’s knee replacement surgery. December 2, time to be determined. By the time you read this, it may already be completed and we are beleiving for a good report and quick recovery. Please pray for him on this journey. He has many miles still ahead and a few replaement parts will make it easier.
Our Thanksgiving break was nice. The stomach bug hit a few of us in the house so Thanksgiving dinner was delayed until Saturday. It’s all ok. God is good all the time and we can be thankful every day and any day of the year.

Testimony from a brother and sister in Christ. They are attending the school in Pakistan.

At Orchard Ministries International we are all about Soul Winning, that is our mandate and our mission. We are in the end time harvest for the Kingdom. Time is short and it's time the body of Christ rises up and uses the authority given by Jesus Christ to make a difference in this world. Jesus commanded us to walk in Love, that is what we must do. We are the light of the world, called to walk in peace and authority. The devil comes only to steal, to kill and to destroy. Jesus Christ has already defeated the devil and put him under OUR feet. Jesus said to occupy until He comes. We are not to sit back and watch the things of this world transpire. Everywhere that the believers foot treads we are to take ground for the Kingdom. We do not walk to victory but we walk in victory because of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ! This is what Orchard Ministries International is called to do and will continue to do through the Anointing placed on us.
We’d like to recognize the work and ministry of Orchard Ministries Int. We support and endorse the work he is doing in the Kingdom!

We can never tell you enough how thankful we are for your generosity. It is our prayer, that as God sees your generous spirit, that He knows He can trust you with what He has given to you, and that He will fulfill His promise, that your lives will be overflowing with the Spirit of God and have all of your desires met, and then be an even greater blessing to the Kingdom.
