Tony Michlitsch has been promoted to Production Manager. He started with Precision Wood Finish in July of 2012 and has a background in management. Tony is in charge of production and quality control, as well as our safety Tony Michlitsch and compliance specialist. He ensures all work is carried out safely, done correctly, and completed on time. In his spare time, Tony enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandkids. Kay Barstad started with The Painters Inc. in September Kay Barstad of 2013 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Office Manager for Precision Wood Finish. Kay leads our office as manager and is in charge of many tasks ranging from job scheduling, invoicing, database maintenance, and project details. In her spare Chris Braun time she, enjoys spending time with her children, gardening, running, fishing and hunting. Chris Braun has recently joined our team as Sales Representative and has background in materials science and carpentry. Chris provides estimates for projects and is the Ella Uhlich communication link between our customers, the office and production staff. He ensures projects are completed on schedule. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and children, hiking, and playing the drums. Ella Uhlich joined The Painters in June of 2015, as Administrative Assistant, with many years of clerical and office managerial experience. Ella does a wide variety of duties from answering our phones, greeting customers and managing project details to estimate scheduling, invoicing and processing accounts receivables. She also provides our customers with the highest level of professionalism that they have come to expect from our company. In her free time, Ella enjoys spending time with her family and pets, going to the gym, working on computers, spending time outdoors, target practice and gardening
