The legislation, in partnership with the courts and nonprofit partners, seeks to extend Philadelphia's eviction diversion program. Resolution 211007 - Introduced by Councilmember Johnson Description: Authorizing the Special Committee on Gun Violence Prevention to conduct hearings to examine the correlation between domestic violence and gun violence. Bill 210670 - Introduced by Majority Leader Parker Description: Amending Chapter 9-5100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Food Delivery Services," to modify the limitation on fees charged to food service establishments; all under certain terms and conditions. The legislation, if signed by the Mayor, will maintain a 15% total fee cap for restaurants that choose it. Restaurants may also “opt out” of the cap and into a higher fee tier in return for additional services beyond basic delivery and marketing.
