Leveraging new and existing technology, Baptist Health is embarking on a modernization of the patient experience to meet consumer expectations. In 2021, the Digital Patient Smart TV and Engagement system was piloted at Baptist Health Baptist Hospital utilizing state-of-the-art technology to provide patients with a more personalized approach to care, along with increased comfort and peace of mind. With a $2 million gift from Corporate Philanthropy Partner Best Meridian Insurance (BMI), the implementation of high-tech, patient-centered features in hospital rooms will be launched throughout Baptist Health, helping create a revolution in patient care to meet the demands of the future.
