You may bring your rent payment to the office or leave in the drop box, pay over the phone with a credit card, or pay online with a checking account or credit card. If you need assistance or need your login information, please contact the office and one of our associates will be happy to help you! Outdoor Grilling: The Grilling Pavilion has never been busier!! As a result, the community grill will now be open and unlocked during the day for your convenience. You will no longer need to come to the office to check out a key. However, if you would still like to reserve the Pavilion area for a party, please contact the office to check availability and we will be happy to reserve the covered Pavillion for you! Thank you! Pest Control Our pest control company, Orkin Pest Control, will now be servicing our community on the first and third Tuesday of every month. The next scheduled date of service will be on Tuesday, June 16th. If you require service in your apartment, please call the office and we will be happy to add you to the schedule! Free Rentals As the warm weather is upon us…there are so many amazing places close by to explore and experience. Please don’t forget that Audubon Place offers free canoe, kayak, mountain bike, and camping tent rentals. If you would like to rent one of these items, please contact the office and a member of our team will be happy to assist you! Community Socials AUDUBON WANTS YOU!! To join us for our social events! All events take place in the Clubhouse unless otherwise noted. There are so many talented residents here that we are happy to support, please feel free to come and share your talent at one of our scheduled happy hours. Please see the office for details. • Pool Party – Thursday, June 18th, 5:00 – 7:00pm - **Join us at the pool and grilling pavilion for food, refreshements, games, and FUN!!! Save the date!! Resident Appreciation Week is July 13th – July 17th!!! Recipe of the Month: Individual Frozen Key Lime Pies (YUM!!!) Ingredients: • ¾ cup key lime juice, fresh squeezed (approx 1lb of key limes, or use premade juice) • 1 can sweetened condensed milk • 8 oz whipped topping, plus more for garnish • 8 oz cream cheese, softened • ½ stick butter, unsalted, melted • 1 sleeve honey graham crackers, turned into crumbs • silicone cupcake liners Instructions: 1. Crush graham crackers and mix with the butter, set aside. 2. Cream the cream cheese until smooth using a hand mixer, add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth. Add the key lime juice and mix until smooth. 3. Let the whipped topping defrost and add to the cream cheese mixture, folding it in until combined. 4. Taking individual silicone cups (silicone cupcake liners work great) fill with the cream cheese mixture about ¾ of the way up. Top with the graham cracker crumbs. 5. Place on platter or sheet tray and place in freezer for 4 hours until set. 6. Unmold pies carefully and serve graham cracker side down. **The easiest way to do this is to submerge the bottom half of the mold into warm water for a few seconds. 7. Serve with whipped topping garnish and key lime slice if desired. 8. Enjoy!
