Community Enhancements We are excited about all of the upcoming property enhancements that we have scheduled, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this process!! • We are so excited to announce that we will be starting construction on our Clubhouse addition in August! The fence is up and the contractors are ready to get started! We will be adding a second meeting room with a full size kitchen and fireplace, that YOU will be able to rent out for events. We will be hosting our monthly socials in there as well! In addition, we will be building a larger fitness facility, and the existing fitness center will be turned into an open work out area that can be used for aerobics, yoga, the list is endless!!! • Property painting is also scheduled to begin! The entire community will be getting an exterior makeover! Beginning August 3rd, the painters will be on property to start pressure washing the exteriors of all the buildings in preparation of painting. We will send out a notification to let you know when the pressure washing will begin on your building specifically. What you can do in preparation, is to remove any items from your patio and breezeways that you do not want to get wet, as they will be pressure washing the entire building. They will not need access to your patio for the cleaning portion. However, once they begin painting, they will need access to your patio. Again, we will send out a notification to you in advance, so items can be removed from your patio and breezeways. • Once the property has been painted, and construction is completed on our Clubhouse addition, we will then begin resealing and striping the parking lot. • We also anticipate to start construction on our new recycle center soon! The new recycle center will be in the same location as it is currently, and will feature a gated enclosure, stone work, and a trellis roof. Access to the recycle center will now be on the side, and a small sidewalk will be added. Biking/Skateboarding Please remember that for the enjoyment of everyone in the community, biking and skateboarding is prohibited in the roadway, and around the amenities. Also, as a friendly reminder, the speed limit within the community is 15 mph. Thank you!

Lemon Lush - Try this cool, light, creamy dessert perfect for summer entertaining! Ingredients: • 2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 cup butter, softened • ½ cup finely chopped pecans • ¼ cup sugar • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened • 1 cup sugar • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice • 2 (3.4-ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix • 3½ cups milk • 1 (16-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, softened butter, pecans, and ¼ cup sugar until evenly mixed. 3. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool. 4. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Spread on top of the cooled shortbread crust. 5. In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until it thickens some, about 35 minutes. Pour on top of cream cheese layer. 6. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. 7. Spread whipped topping over the top. Cut into squares. 8. Enjoy!
