CAPITAL CREW MASTERS PROGRAM

Prerequisite: All Capital Crew Master Affiliates must maintain good standing as a CC Rowing Affiliate. Must be able to do a full squat and lift and carry 35 lbs.

Capital Crew Masters

Masters is a multi-level competitive rowing program. This program provides coaching, instruction, and manages all affiliates who desire an organized program focusing on racing. Affiliates are evaluated and boated by the coaching staff. All affiliates wishing to use SAC equipment for competitions and/or represent Capital Crew Masters during racing must be a Capital Crew Master in good standing.
