He is currently playing with the following Italian groups: Mistress (a sextet with two cellos, two electric guitars, and two saxophones), N.O.R.M.A., Iguana da Camera, Argo Ensemble, Laboratorio di Musica & Immagine, Fraili, Chiarimenti (a duo with Paolo Angeli), Gi-Napajos, with which he took part in the following international festivals: - MIMI (Mouvement Internationel des Musiques Innovatrices) - St. Martin de Crau, France; - Musique-Action, Vandoeuvre-les Nancy, France; London Musicians Collective Annual Festival of Experimental Music, London, UK; - Music Unlimited Festival, Wels, Australia; - Olympia Festival, Salonika Greece; - Les Oreilles en Pointe, St. Pierre en Jarrez, France; Linguafonie, Rome Italy; - Angelica Festival, Bologna Italy; - Blasnost Frontali and Risonanza Magnetica, Berlin Germany; - Ring Ring Festival, Belgrade in the Serbian Republic. Stefano has also taken part in numerous radio broadcasts on RAI Radio3 for the Radiotre Suite ‘Oltre il Sipario’ and for ‘Audiobox’ with Mistress, Tiziano Popoli (Il Segno dei Tre), Jon Rose (Shopping List) ... He has recently collaborated on the original score for the stage production ‘Il risveglio’ for the Giorgio Barberio Corsetti Company (LINK 1997). His works have been performed by Mistress, the Fred Frith Guitar Quartet, Fastilio, and the Eva Kant ensemble. Stefano is alive and working.
