La historia de las monarquías europeas ha sido tejida en varias ocasiones por mujeres, quienes han dado prueba fehaciente de valentía y liderazgo, es el caso de Isabel I, Victoria e Isabel II de Inglaterra, o María Antonieta de Francia, Cristina de Suecia, Eugenia de Montijo, Alejandra Romanov, entre muchas otras, que han llevado sobre sus hombros la pesada carga de un reino. Aunque ya en otros tiempos de las monarquías, las mujeres por orden de sucesión llevarán nuevamente las coronas como futuras reinas de sus países. Es el caso de España, Holanda, Suecia, Bélgica y Noruega, que están preparando con una educación exquisita a sus niñas. Estas pequeñas ya saben de la responsabilidad que les espera y para eso las están instruyendo en varios idiomas, deportes, artes y una preparación ampliada con una formación militar, como es el caso de Leonor de España. Algunas tendrán tiempo para fortalecer su personalidad antes de que deban asumir un rol más estelar, como Ingrid Alexandra de Noruega. Lo cierto es que el futuro de estas herederas a la corona de sus países le darán en algunos casos un giro a la historia de la realeza, porqué serán las primeras reinas o porqué recuperarán el trono para las mujeres después de siglos. Sin duda, a estas niñas les espera un mañana con una gran responsabilidad, si la vida, la historia y los pueblos lo permiten.

Such is the case in Spain, Holland, Sweden, Belgium and Norway, which are preparing these girls by giving them an exquisite education. These girls already know the responsibility that awaits them and in such they are learning various languages, sports, and arts and are receiving a well-rounded education including military training, such as in the case of Leonor of Spain. Some will have time to strengthen their personality before assuming this most important role, like Ingrid Alexandra of Norway. What is certain is that the future of these heirs to the throne in many cases will change royal history, because they will be the first female queens or because they will regain the throne for women after centuries without. Without a doubt, for these girls the future will be one of great responsibility, if life, history and their people permit it.
