This scope aims to collaboratively build a brand foundation of strategy, copy and design elements for the SimpliWipe brand. This also includes brand extension into photography and videography assets to be used when selling the brand into B2B partners, or on B2C platforms.
Additionally, we will update the overall visual identity and develop a style guide that ensures consistency and provides clear direction for future branding efforts, such as the website or marketing needs.

After a client kick-off session, Altura to conduct up to 3 30-minute stakeholder interview sessions to understand brand goals, company mission/vision/values and success KPIs. Client to also identify 3 competitors and/or 3 aspirational brands to help guide strategy and design development. These interviews can come before or after Altura authors a project brief.
Project brief must be approved before progressing onto Strategy + Design development.

After reviewing client goals and discussing competitive/aspirational set, Altura will begin to draft Brand Foundational strategy, inclusive of:
• Target Audience (Consumer Target, Attributes, and Estimated Size)
• Brand Positioning
• Brand How/What/Why
• Brand Archetype/Persona
• Brand Tone/Personality/Communication Pillars
This Phase includes TWO rounds of revisions to the Brand Foundational Document
We’re suggesting we keep everything to rounds outlined above for efficiency. However, we recognize that occasionally, additional rounds are needed. Additional rounds of revisions will incur incremental time and hours billed at $150/hour and will be approved by client before moving forward.
PHASE 2: VISUAL IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT (approx. Two Weeks)
Logo Design – Altura will design 4 logo options to enhance the SimpliWipe brand
• Client will choose one for expansion into a full style guide
• Includes 3 proof of concepts (logo on shirt, business card and key visual)
• This phase also includes identification of colors, fonts and various logo type files
This Phase includes TWO rounds of revisions to the logo/colors/fonts

PHASE 3: COMMUNICATION STRATEGY (can be done concurrently with Phase 2)
Altura to draft consumer-facing communication hierarchy to include reason to believe, approved claims and call to action.
This Phase includes TWO rounds of revisions to the Comm Strat Document

Upon approval of the brand elements (Logo Colors. Fonts, Brand Foundational Document, Communication Strategy and Messaging), Altura will compile into a Style Guide for use when referencing brand assets
• Up to 20 pages designed for a cohesive look and feel
This Phase includes ONE round of revisions to the final Style Guide
PHASE 5: POWERPOINT PRESENTATION TEMPLATE (can be done concurrently with phase 4)
Altura will flesh out approved look and feel into a 10-page PowerPoint template.
• Before beginning template, Altura will gain approval on types of pages needed (i.e. Table of Contents, breaker pages, text-heavy pages, etc.)
• Deliverable is a 10-page PPT template
This Phase includes ONE round of revisions to the template

A-Level – One Day lifestyle shoot in Dallas or Wisconsin: We’ll create a 1 day-shoot designed to capture lifestyle assets, including in-use and appetite appeal. Includes up to 30 still images and unedited raw video footage. Shoot on location in Dallas/Milwaukee-area rental. Includes 2-3 models.
Final Edited “Starter” Assets: Altura will leverage raw footage (video and stills) to edit and animate the following assets that can act as the beginning of your creative toolkit:
• :30 second brand video (no script, no Voice Over) (includes 2 rounds of revisions)
• :15 second social video
• Up to 3 :06 second assets to be used on PDP showcasing product benefits, function or use cases.
• 3 static social media posts

B-Level – One Day in-studio shoot in Milwaukee or Dallas: we’ll capture a mix of video/stop motion/still assets. Includes 1 model for in-use, portfolio and product beauty shots. Includes 3 “movement” assets (Stop motion and/or video) & 10 Still Images
C-Level – One Day Shoot – we’ll capture a mix stop motion/still assets. for in-use, portfolio and product beauty shots. Includes 12 still images and one stop motion.

After a little over a year in the marketplace, AGAME realized their brand strategy didn’t match their actual consumer. Altura was asked to help redefine the brand strategy and target audience and articulate that adjustment to the brand’s packaging and marketing materials. Oh, and do it all in three months.
Refining the brand strategy, communication and the packaging required a team well versed in branding as well as shopper marketing. We designed the bottle with the NEW end user in mind as well as the newly defined SHOPPER.

This retail-specific video animation was created in-house with custom bottle renders.
We partnered with our B level photographer to shoot this stop motion scene used for paid media advertising.
We directed and produced sports scene photography and videography by partnering with Altura A level photographer partner to create assets for long-term brand use.
Client understands the client has responsibility for clearing trademarks against potential infringement. All copy, design, logos, upcs, legal, nutritional panels, etc. will be the responsibility of the client. Client is responsible for full usage rights of fonts, graphics, logos, copy, photography, etc.
Altura will invoice 50% of each phase at the beginning of the project, and 50%, to be paid in full, before release of final assets within each phase. Payment will be received by Check or ACH. Photography scope will be paid in full prior to pre-pro creation and photoshoot planning.
Client and Altura commit to the scope of work outlined in this contract based on signed date of contract. Client & Altura commit to fulfilling contract agreement within a 5 - month period after signing agreement.
Potential photography, or any stock imagery, or fonts will be renegotiated with client before purchase.
• Altura has the right to share finalized work in the market on Altura Website, LinkedIn and Altura Instagram & Enter Awards.
• All final artwork will be provided for client asset management and long-term storage.
Client has reviewed and signed our MSA that encompasses all current and future Creative projects between client and Altura. Client understands this scope is in conjunction with our MSA agreement.
