FLYING HIGH: ALLCARE’S 1ST CORPORATE INDUCTION TRAINING TRIUMPHS!
We are thrilled to announce that our inaugural corporate induction training for Allcare staff has been a resounding success! The session, designed to be both engaging and informative, received overwhelmingly positive feedback from staff, who found it both enjoyable and educational.

Excitement buzzed through the air as the doors of the training room swung open, ushering in an era of new beginnings for the Allcare family. This was no ordinary day; it was the dawn of our very first corporate induction training—an event that marked a significant milestone for Allcare and its commitment to excellence.
At Allcare, we recognise that our people are our most valuable asset. As an employer of choice in the industry, we are determined to set the gold standard for support and training, ensuring our employees have everything they need to soar to new heights in their roles.
From the moment our staff members walked into training, they were welcomed with open arms. The atmosphere was one of camaraderie and anticipation, where each individual could sense that they were joining not just a company, but a family dedicated to making a difference. The session went right into the heartbeat of Allcare—our core values and vision.
We believe that knowing who’s who in the company is crucial for fostering a collaborative work environment. Key team members took the floor, sharing their roles, experiences, and insights, making sure that every new face in the room felt seen and heard. This personal touch wasn’t just about names and titles; it’s about building relationships that will form the foundation of your Allcare journey.
Understanding policies and procedures can often feel like an overwhelming task, but we turned it into an engaging journey. With clarity and enthusiasm, we broke down the essentials every staff member needs to know, ensuring that they leave the room wellequipped to maintain Allcare’s high operational standards.
To ensure a seamless onboarding experience, we have established a structured induction journey, featuring check-ins at key intervals— 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and during the probationary period at 6 months. This isn’t just a formality; it’s our commitment to continuously support and nurture our new talents as they integrate into the Allcare family.
We hoped you feel armed and ready to provide the best services and supports in the indusrty. Just a friendly reminder to submit your induction checklist to HR and your Service Coordinator. More importantly, be assured that your journey with Allcare is a new beginning, and you will continue to receive support from your Service Coordinators.
