ALLCARE ACHIEVEMENTS: REFLECTIONS ON A REMARKABLE 2024!
As we wave goodbye to 2024, it’s truly heartwarming to reflect on the moments that have made this year so special for Allcare. Together, we’ve achieved remarkable milestones that showcase our dedication, teamwork, and innovative spirit. Here’s a look at the standout highlights and the extraordinary culture we’ve fostered at Allcare.
This year has been a celebration of individual and collective successes within our team. The recognition of dedication and effort has brought immense pride to many of our staff members. Our new staff awards and recognition programs Allcare Achievers and Hero Points were launched this year, as we believe its important to reconise staff that are living the Allcare Values every day and working for the best outcomes for our participants.
“Receiving the Allcare Achiever award this year was such an honour. It made me feel truly valued and appreciated for my contributions.”
Let’s have a look at some of our other achievements throughout 2024 that have been influencing factors in our success as a compliant, trustworthy and reliable provider.
Strengthening Team Spirit
Our events, new induction process, and communication channels have helped us create a strong culture at Allcare. Our sense of camaraderie has never been stronger. Whether it’s through offering support or sharing joyous moments, our team spirit and culture shine brightly.
“Helping each other across teams was a highlight. No matter the challenge, there’s always someone ready to lend a hand.”
Leadership and Compliance
The Leadership Team has focused on ensuring that our organisation is aligned in our efforts to lead with compliance. They have implemented strong processes and procedures which ensured ASES accrediatation and best practice standards. Compliance at Allcare is non-negotiable and is something that sets us apart as an industry leading provider.
Embracing Technological Innovations
Innovation has been at the forefront of our operations with new technology like Employment Hero, Brevity and Thryv significantly enhancing our workflows, reporting and communication, making everyday tasks simpler.
“The rollout of Employment Hero has been a game-changer. From accessing payslips to keeping everything in one place, it’s simplified so much.”
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we move into the new year, let’s continue building on these incredible highlights — working together, celebrating each other’s achievements, and finding joy in our journey.

APPLAUDING EXCELLENCE: ALLCARE ACHIEVER, AMANDA!
This month, we’re thrilled to recognise Amanda Naaman, one of our incredible support workers, as an Allcare Achiever. Although Amanda has been with us for just five months, her dedication, warmth, and commitment to supporting others have left a lasting impression.
Amanda’s approach to her work is driven by genuine care and empathy. She takes the time to truly understand the needs and goals of the people she supports, always going the extra mile to make a positive difference in their lives.
