In the rewarding realm of disability support, effective and clear communication is the backbone of our exceptional service to our clients. Our commitment to understanding and addressing their needs pushes us to constantly refine how we communicate, not just with participants but also among ourselves. As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our processes and enhance our teamwork, we’re focusing on optimising how we use our divisional email addresses for internal communication.
For enhanced clarity in communication across divisions, it is essential to utilise the designated divisional email addresses. Whenever you receive an email about matters outside your division, please ensure to redirect it to the appropriate division using the specific division emails.

Additionally, we adhere to a 24-hour response policy, requiring that all received emails be acknowledged and replied to within this timeframe. The response should confirm that the email has been forwarded to the relevant department. This means we’re committed to acknowledging and, if needed, replying to all emails within a day. Even a simple confirmation, such as “Received and forwarded to the correct team!” can significantly improve communication flow and reassure the sender their message is being handled with care.
This approach streamlines our internal processes and builds a culture of respect, understanding, and responsiveness—qualities that echo the values we uphold in our services. It’s about recognising the impact of efficient communication on our collective ability to provide outstanding support to those we support. Each email, each response, contributes to our shared goal of exceptional service.

As we continue to grow, these processes will help us sustain efficiency, maintain our brand standards, and, most importantly, share the remarkable achievements within our community.
For Newsletter Story Submissions:
Have an inspiring event, achievement, or snapshot you’d like to see featured in the Allcare Connection? Great news! Submitting your stories and images has never been simpler. Here’s how to get your stories into our newsletter:
Prepare Your Submission: Gather any photos or articles you’d like to submit. Ensure you’ve obtained consent to share images or articles in Allcare marketing newsletters and promotions.
Fill Out the Submission Form: Visit our dedicated submission form at https://form.jotform.com/241191061133847. The form will prompt you to detail your story’s when, where, and highlights, nominate fellow Allcare Achievers, upload images, and more.
Designated Email: Once you’ve filled out the form and pressed submit, your stories will be automatically sent directly to marketing@allcaredisabilities.com.au.

Turnaround Time:
For Newsletter Stories & Marketing Requests: Our dedicated marketing team is committed to a turnaround time of 3-4 days for smaller requests. For larger projects, such as producing the Annual Report, we’ll communicate an extended timeframe to ensure quality and alignment with our brand standards.
