Learn How to Get the Nutrients You Need at October’s Online Wellness Workshop

You know that vitamins and minerals are important for your health, but you may not know how much you need or the best way to get them. So join our Wellness Department’s online workshop, “How Do You Get Your Required Daily Vitamins and Minerals?” on Saturday, October 23. Health Educators Andrea Martinez and Golda Smith will review why you need certain vitamins and minerals, and the foods you can eat to get the recommended daily amount. They’ll also present a cooking demonstration on preparing tasty and nutrient-rich meals. Finally, a Social Worker will lead a self-care workshop on practices to help you protect your health and well-being, especially when you’re stressed.
