Winthrop Singing Club Returns to the Stage T hird and fourth graders in the Singing Club at Winthrop Avenue School in the Bellmore Public School District performed several songs in the auditorium in recognition of Music in Our Schools Month. Students showed dedication by volunteering to rehearse for the performance during their recess time. Under the direction of music teacher Susan Gallo, boys and girls sang several upbeat songs along with choreographed body movements, which they learned from choreographer and physical education teacher Mallory Aronoff.
