In the fast-paced business world, leaders and business owners often feel the need to appear strong and unyielding. But what if true leadership strength lies in being vulnerable and courageous? These attributes are essential for empathic leadership and can make a significant difference in your team and business.
Being vulnerable means being open about your weaknesses and fears. It builds trust and transparency within your team. When you share your struggles, it encourages others to do the same, creating a supportive and interconnected environment.
Courage isn’t the absence of fear; it’s acting despite it. Courageous leaders take risks, make tough decisions, and stand by their values even when it’s hard. This inspires your team to be bold and innovative.
REFLECT HONESTLY
Regularly assess your strengths and weaknesses.
COMMUNICATE OPENLY
Encourage honest dialogue and listen actively.
LEAD BY EXAMPLE
Admit mistakes and take calculated risks.
By embracing vulnerability and courage, you can develop a leadership style that is not only effective but also deeply human.
Are you ready to lead with your heart and inspire your team to do the same?

Over the past decade, the Hispanic population in Florida has grown significantly, from approximately 4.2 million in 2010 to more than 5.6 million in 2020. This increase is due to both migration and natural growth of the community.
The largest groups are Cubans, Puerto Ricans, Mexicans and Venezuelans, with notable growth of Puerto Ricans in areas such as Orlando and Tampa, driven by crises on their island.
The growth of this population raises various needs that must be addressed by the authorities.
In the educational field, the implementation of bilingual programs and adequate resources is required to overcome linguistic barriers. In health, it is crucial that services are accessible and culturally competent, addressing problems such as lack of health insurance.
The labor market also faces challenges, such as discrimination and the recognition of foreign qualifications. Training programs are needed to facilitate the integration of Hispanics into the workplace.
Additionally, demand for affordable housing has increased, requiring inclusive policies to ensure access to safe housing.
Finally, political representation is essential so that the needs of the Hispanic community are heard. Encouraging their political participation will contribute to a more inclusive government.
In summary, Hispanic growth in Florida presents both challenges and opportunities, and it is essential that comprehensive policies be implemented to ensure their well-being and contribution to the state.

I have been a businesswoman since I was very young, born in Ecuador surrounded by a wonderful family that always supported me.
I decided to migrate to the United States looking for the American dream. Where I had to face what many immigrants went through when arriving in an unknown country. Many challenges, difficult moments in my life that helped me want to achieve my goals with greater impetus. Demonstrating that all the obstacles in our lives can serve to motivate us to be even better every day.
I specialized in Real Estate, gathering more than 18 years of experience in the industry. With a dedicated commitment to reach hundreds of families, and a work plan and purpose of preparing them for the process of buying, selling or renting properties, local and
foreign investors, I have all the necessary tools that a buyer needs employing different types of assistance programs available, whether governmental or private.
My goal is to help you achieve the dream of owning a stable, secure home by making the process quick, easy, and straightforward.
Remember that experience is not improvised!
It can make a difference between finding a product that perfectly fits your family’s needs and achieving a better long-term return.

According to Soto, it was a privilege to present this topic at such a prestigious venue and to an audience of leaders with the purpose of inspiring, educating, and empowering, so that ideas can be transformed into actions that change the world. She also highlights that her professional success is based on the positive impact she generates in society.

rom the tender age of 10, when she decided to open her own salon with the help of her mother, the prominent marketer Yesenia Toribio, this young entrepreneur had only one thought in mind: to build a solid path to her future. Her inspiration, however, went beyond business. She longed to contribute to the well-being of her community, to bring joy and love to those around her.
Despite the difficulties that came her way in the beginning, she was undeterred. She knew that her dream of owning a salon at such a young age was not impossible, especially with the unwavering support of her family. Today, looking back, she can proudly state that she has fulfilled her dreams and left a positive mark on her community.
“There will always be Challenges and Obstacles along the way, but you must keep a positive mind because every problem has a solution, it is never too early or too late to follow your dreams, If you set your mind to it and focus, it can be done.”
s I was considering what to write for the inaugural issue of Yes Magazine, I reflected on key lessons from my 18 years in entrepreneurship. One major takeaway is the critical importance of finishing what you start, even if you have to drag yourself to the finish line. It’s striking how many people abandon
projects midway —even something as basic as a website! Over the years, working with countless business owners and entrepreneurs, I’ve seen this pattern time and time again. The most successful clients aren’t always those with the biggest budgets, but those who keep pushing forward, no matter the obstacles.
When ventures remain unfinished, it leaves you feeling stuck or behind. Life will inevitably throw curveballs, but making small strides each day is what matters. You can’t reach your goals if you give up whenever obstacles arise. I know it’s tiring, I know it’s hard, and, sometimes, depressing. If this is you, give yourself some love and take a
brief break or sleep more if you need to. Then, pick yourself back up and tray again, again, and again! I’ve experienced this firsthand, having relaunched my business at least five times and endured two recessions. Today, I manage several businesses, and one of them has already reached seven figures. Just imagine if I had given up!
Getting started is just the beginning; seeing things through is where the real challenge lies. Discipline is key —staying focused and pushing through, even when you’re exhausted or unmotivated. I had to juggle multiple businesses and two kids under six and, let me tell you, it is far from easy, but it’s doable with discipline. Remember, anything worthwhile demands effort and sacrifice. Are you ready to pay that price?
People often say, “Work smarter, not harder,” but they rarely explain how. Today with artificial intelligence there’s no excuse! Efficiency and leveraging technology can transform your business. Implementing systems to streamline tasks can boost productivity and sales. For instance, adding technology to one of my ventures increased productivity by 50% and sales by 40%. Letting technology handle mundane administrative tasks frees you up to focus on what really matters, like customer service, sales, and growth.
Lastly, and most importantly, stop comparing yourself to others! Such comparisons are often unfair and unkind to yourself, given the unique experiences each person brings to the table. In the age of social media, it’s easier said than done. It’s easy to fall into the trap of comparison.
Remember, your journey is uniquely yours! Keep pushing forward, no matter how long it takes. You don’t need to be a specific age to succeed, you just need to be alive! You might be surprised by what you can achieve if you keep these principles in mind. Whether you have a business or not, your persistence will be your greatest asset, and the rewards will be your greatest gift.
Faith has been a cornerstone in my journey, providing strength and resilience through the hardest times. When I felt overwhelmed or on the brink of giving up, my faith was a source of comfort and motivation. One verse that has always inspired me is Isaiah 40:31: “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” This scripture reminds me that no matter how challenging the journey may be, faith can renew our strength and guide us to overcome any obstacle.

The Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida is proud of the accomplishments and contributions of individuals in different areas of our community. Their contributions have helped to improve and make us a stronger community. Therefore, they should be recognized with El Josco Award.
This much-celebrated community awards honor outstanding individuals of Puerto Rican/Hispanic descent in key areas, such as education, health, entrepreneurship, communications, business, and others.
As it reads in Puerto Rican author Abelardo Díaz Alfaro’s story entitled “El Josco”, an ox represents those who stand up to challenges and adversity, persevering in the end.
This summer, as we navigate through rainstorms and intense heat, there’s no better way to stay cool than by exploring Central Florida’s rich cultural scene. Whether with family or friends, the region’s museums and galleries offer an escape into art, history, and beauty.
Start your cultural journey in downtown Orlando. After a leisurely stroll around Lake Eola Park, known for its iconic fountain, wandering ducks, and charming swan boats, head over to the Art Gallery at CityArts, located at 39 South Magnolia. This historic green building, the oldest in downtown, is open for free from 11 AM to 6 PM and features new exhibits each month.

The History Center offers free admission on the third Thursday of every month from 6 to 8 PM, conveniently located near a SunRail station.
Another must-see destination is Winter Park, a picturesque city that’s a treasure in its own right. At 1000 Holt Avenue, the Rollins Museum of Art on the Rollins College campus is a cultural highlight. Open for free from 12 to 5 PM, the museum’s summer exhibits feature works from the Grasset Linares and Carlos Malamud collections, as well as pieces by
artists Tatsuo Miyajima, Rose B. Simpson, and James Siena. Curators offer explanations of the art in both English and Spanish at select times throughout the month.
While in Winter Park, take a stroll down Park Avenue, where you’ll find charming restaurants, boutique shops, and vibrant flower displays. Don’t miss the Morse Museum at 445 North Park Avenue, open from 9:30 AM to 4 PM. Home to the world’s largest collection of Tiffany jewelry, furniture, and art, the Morse Museum is a true gem.
Just a short drive from Winter Park is the Princeton area, home to two remarkable museums.
The Orlando Museum of Art, located at 2416 N Mills Ave, offers a diverse array of exhibitions, including contemporary art, graphic art, and a permanent collection of pre-Hispanic artifacts from Mexico and Peru. The museum is open from 10 AM to 4 PM, with free admission on the third Thursday of each month from 10 AM to 8 PM.

In my experience, I’ve often observed that those who could benefit the most from a remote collaborator often have little understanding of what it entails or how it works. If you find yourself overwhelmed by an ever-growing list of tasks and feel there’s never enough time to address them all, you’re not alone.
As unresolved tasks accumulate, they create a mountain of responsibilities that can lead to stress and the risk of losing valuable clients. It’s crucial to start delegating these tasks—it could be the best decision for both you and your business.
many opportunities have you missed out on simply because you couldn’t focus on what truly matters? The solution is at your fingertips: a virtual administrative assistant. We handle the tasks that overwhelm you, allowing you to regain control of your schedule and concentrate on what truly matters—growing your business and satisfying your clients.
You might wonder, for instance, if a lawyer can benefit from a virtual assistant. The answer is yes. Many professions and occupations can take advantage of these services. In fact, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, including real estate agents, entrepreneurs, coaches, and insurance companies, among others.
To sum up, virtual assistants offer a strategic advantage by optimizing productivity and alleviating the burden of routine tasks. Their ability to handle administrative functions efficiently allows you to focus on high-priority projects and growth opportunities. With cost-effective solutions and flexible support tailored to your specific needs, virtual assistants enhance operational efficiency and contribute to overall business success. Embracing this resource can transform how you manage your time and resources, paving the way for greater achievements and a more balanced work life.
Quinceañero de Ensueños is not only a great celebration for reaching the beautiful age of 15, but a time of intentional separation with each of the Quinceañeras and their families to help them overcome the difficult situations that they have experienced and in many occasions continue to experience at their young age.
At Quinceañero de Ensueños we develop workshops and retreats with the main objective of reaching the heart of each one of these girls and identifying their emotional needs with strategic topics to help them in their mental, emotional and physical health. We also talk to them about identity, self-esteem, forgiveness, how to take care of their bodies and what to do in a situation of physical, sexual and emotional abuse. We give them the necessary tools to go through a process of inner healing and live a genuine break so they can start a new stage in their lives where faith, love and hope reign.
After living the different stages of healing, the girls and their families are ready to live the unforgettable experience of the Quinceañero de Ensueños on the big graduation day for their bravery and courage to leave behind all the wounds that at their young age they have had to go through and are ready to live wonderful moments with their loved ones not only giving themselves a second chance but also their families.
The mission of our organization is to provide comprehensive support to young people who have lived through extreme situations, not only fulfilling their dream of having a wonderful quinceañera, but also offering them the necessary tools to start a new life full of goals and expectations. We focus on their mental and emotional health, addressing issues such as suicide, self-esteem and bullying.
We not only care about the girls, but also about their families. That is why we include families in our workshops, where we share the power of God’s word and promote restoration.
Our mission is based on fostering acceptance and self-love, guiding young women to a deeper understanding of themselves. We seek to be a platform that allows them to develop and grow emotionally, providing a safe and supportive environment in which they can explore their potential and achieve their maximum well-being.
In short, our mission is to promote the mental and emotional health of young women by offering support to them and their families. We focus on providing a transformative experience through workshops, activities and guidance based on God’s word.
Our vision is to reach as many young women as we can, providing them with the Quinceañero de Ensueños experience not only in Central Florida, but also throughout the United States and in our Latin American countries. Our goal is to expand our capacity to hold this event twice a year, benefiting 15 young women in each edition.
In addition, we would love to be able to offer scholarships to young women or mothers so that they can become entrepreneurs and achieve financial independence, something fundamental in these times for both families and the community at large. We understand that it is impossible to change the world as a whole with our actions, but we believe that if we can positively impact the life of one young woman and her family at a time, we will be fulfilling God’s purpose here on earth.
We strive to establish strategic alliances with local and international organizations to expand our reach and maximize our impact.
We want to be a benchmark in youth empowerment, inspiring them to dream big, believe in themselves, and work hard to achieve their goals. In short, our vision is to reach young people throughout the United States and Latin American countries, providing them with transformative experiences through Quinceañero de Ensueños.
WORKER’S COMPENSATION INSURANCE IS NOT JUST A LEGAL REQUIREMENT IN MANY REGIONS; IT’S A CRUCIAL ASPECT OF MAINTAINING A SAFE, PRODUCTIVE, AND FINANCIALLY STABLE WORKPLACE. THIS TYPE OF INSURANCE PROVIDES CRITICAL PROTECTION FOR BOTH EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS, ENSURING THAT IF AN INJURY OCCURS ON THE JOB, EVERYONE INVOLVED IS COVERED. HERE, WE EXPLORE THE SIGNIFICANT BENEFITS OF HAVING WORKER’S COMPENSATION INSURANCE AND THE RISKS IT HELPS AVOID..
BENEFITS OF WORKER’S COMPENSATION INSURANCE
1. Financial Protection for Employees
Worker’s compensation provides immediate financial support to employees who are injured or fall ill due to work-related activities. This includes covering medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, and a portion of lost wages. This financial safety net helps employees focus on recovery without the stress of mounting medical bills or lost income.
2. Legal Compliance
In many jurisdictions, having worker’s compensation insurance is mandatory for employers. By maintaining this coverage, businesses comply with local laws and regulations, avoiding fines, penalties, and potential legal action that could arise from non-compliance.
3. Peace of Mind
Knowing that both the company and its employees are protected in case of accidents or injuries provides peace of mind. Employees feel more secure knowing their well-being is prioritized, while employers can operate confidently, knowing they are covered against potential financial liabilities.
4. Improved Workplace Morale
A comprehensive worker’s compensation plan can boost employee morale. When workers know they are covered in case of an accident, they tend to feel more valued and secure. This can lead to higher job satisfaction, increased productivity, and a stronger, more loyal workforce.
Without worker’s compensation, employers could be directly responsible for all medical expenses and lost wages resulting from workplace injuries. This financial burden could be substantial, especially in cases of severe injury or long-term disability. Worker’s compensation insurance helps mitigate these risks by covering these costs.
When an employer has worker’s compensation insurance, employees generally waive their right to sue the company for work place injuries in exchange for guaranteed benefits. This legal protection helps avoid costly litigation, which can be time-consuming and damaging to a company’s reputation.
RISKS MITIGATED BY WORKER’S COMPENSATION INSURANCE
One of the most significant risks mitigated by worker’s compensation insurance is the threat of lawsuits from employees injured on the job. Without coverage, employers may face expensive legal battles that could result in significant financial losses.
Workplace accidents can result in significant medical bills and lost wages. Without worker’s compensation insurance, these costs would fall directly on the employer, potentially leading to financial instability or even bankruptcy in severe cases.
Failing to provide worker’s compensation can lead to dissatisfaction among employees, resulting in higher turnover rates. This not only disrupts business operations but also increases costs related to hiring and training new employees.
4. Damage to Company Reputation
Companies without adequate worker’s compensation coverage risk damaging their reputation, especially if an employee is injured and the business fails to support them adequately. This damage can affect customer trust and employee recruitment efforts.
In some regions, businesses are required to have worker’s compensation insurance to maintain their operating licenses. Failure to comply can result in the loss of business licenses, effectively shutting down operations.
Worker’s compensation insurance is an indispensable part of any business’s risk management strategy. By providing financial protection to employees and shielding the company from potential lawsuits and financial liabilities, worker’s compensation insurance plays a critical role in maintaining a healthy, productive, and legally compliant workplace. At Atlas Insurance, we understand the importance of protecting your business and your employees, and we’re here to help you navigate the complexities of worker’s compensation coverage to ensure your company’s continued success.
Most people live under the impression that registering a corporation, LLC, or fictitious name, even with the same name of the intended trademark, renders the name protected as a trademark. This is a huge misconception. Your brand will be protected only when it has been registered, PERIOD.
In today’s globalized and highly competitive market, businesses must take every measure to protect their brand identity and reputation. One of the most effective ways to achieve this is through trademark registration.
A trademark is a recognizable sign, design, or expression which identifies products or services of a particular source from those of others. Registering a trademark offers numerous benefits and is a crucial step for any business aiming to secure its brand’s future.
Most people live under the impression that registering a corporation, LLC, or fictitious name, even with the same name of the intended trademark, renders the name protected as a trademark. This is a huge misconception. Your brand will be protected only when it has been registered, PERIOD.
Trademark registration provides the owner with exclusive rights to use the mark in connection with the goods or services for which it is registered. This legal protection is vital in preventing others from using a similar mark that could cause confusion among consumers. In the event of trademark infringement, the registered owner has the right to take legal action against the infringer, thereby safeguarding the brand’s identity and market position.
A registered trademark helps in establishing a brand’s identity in the marketplace. It signifies that the company is serious about its business and is here to stay. This can significantly enhance brand recognition and foster trust among consumers. Customers are more likely to purchase from a brand they recognize and trust, leading to increased customer loyalty and repeat business.
In a crowded marketplace, a unique and registered trademark can set a business apart from its competitors. It acts as a powerful marketing tool, making it easier for consumers to identify and choose your products or services over those of competitors. A strong trademark can become synonymous with quality and reliability, thus providing a competitive edge.
As an intellectual property, registered trademark is an intangible asset that can increase in value over time. As the brand grows and becomes more recognized, the trademark itself becomes more valuable. This value can be leveraged in various ways, such as through licensing agreements. Licensing a trademark can open new revenue streams and expand the brand’s reach without significant additional investment.
Registering a trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) provides nationwide protection. Yet, some states, like Florida, offer statewide protection that can serve as a stepping stone for national registration. For businesses looking to expand internationally, there are mechanisms such as the Madrid Protocol that allow for trademark protection in multiple countries through a single application. This international protection is crucial for businesses operating in the global market, as it prevents unauthorized use of the trademark in other countries.
Trademark registration helps in preventing brand dilution, which occurs when a brand’s identity is weakened due to unauthorized use of a similar mark by others. When a trademark is registered, it becomes easier to monitor and take action against such unauthorized use, thereby maintaining the brand’s strength and reputation.
In conclusion, trademark registration is a vital step for any business serious about protecting its brand identity, building customer trust, and gaining a competitive advantage. The legal protection, brand recognition, and potential for increased asset value make it a worthwhile investment. By securing exclusive rights to a trademark, businesses can ensure their brand stands out in the marketplace and remains protected from infringement, both domestically and internationally. Therefore, it is essential for businesses to understand the importance of trademark registration and take proactive steps to register their trademarks.

Her efforts extend beyond local boundaries. She has been actively involved in national discussions on immigration and food security. She participated in significant lobbying efforts in Washington, DC, and engaged in
crucial roundtable discussions at the White House on the Venezuelan migration crisis. Her role in these discussions underscores her dedication to, not only her local community, but also to broader, national issues affecting immigrant populations.
Lourdes’ commitment to leadership and advocacy is further exemplified by her involvement in various initiatives. In 2023, she led the successful transfer of 205 members from the West Volusia Regional Chamber of Commerce to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, ensuring their continued engagement and support during a time of transition. This effort highlights her dedication to supporting local businesses and fostering a robust business community.
In addition to her local and national work, Lourdes has been selected as one of 80 influential Venezuelans to celebrate the inaugural Venezuelan Day at the White House in 2023. This honor, not only recognizes her contributions, but also her role as an active beacon of the Venezuelan diaspora in the United States.
As of 2024, Lourdes continues to shape the future of the Hispanic Chamber and her community. Her recent accomplishments include receiving the Best of Florida Award for the Hispanic Chamber and her ongoing role as a mentor in the Rotary International DEI Support group. Her participation in the Tony Ortiz Government Academy and the White House Latino Stakeholder Committee reflects her dedication to furthering her impact and influence.
Lourdes Leon Power’s journey is a testament to perseverance, leadership, and community service. Her story embodies the spirit of empowerment, showing how one individual can transform challenges into opportunities for growth and positive change. IN AN INCREASINGLY CONNECTED WORLD, WHERE CULTURAL AND LITERARY BORDERS ARE BLURRING, THERE IS A NEED FOR SPACES WHERE IDEAS FLOW FREELY, KNOWLEDGE IS SHARED AND NEW FRONTIERS ARE EXPLORED. IT IS IN THIS CONTEXT THAT GLOBAL MINDSINTERNATIONAL FORUM-EXPO OF AUTHORS AND WRITERS WAS BORN, AN EVENT THAT PROMISES NOT ONLY TO BE A MILESTONE IN THE LITERARY INDUSTRY, BUT ALSO A CATALYST FOR INNOVATION AND CULTURAL EXCHANGE.
With the evocative slogan “Between palm trees and white sand: write your story in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic!”, this event will take place from October 24-26, positioning Punta Cana as the epicenter of global creativity and culture. But GLOBAL MINDS is much more than an event in a paradisiacal destination; it is a space where authors, writers, and publishing industry leaders can explore new ideas, learn from the best and expand their horizons.
One of the most anticipated topics in this forum is the discussion of artificial intelligence (AI) in literary creation. At a time when technology is redefining almost every aspect of our lives, it is vital for content creators to understand how AI can influence their works. Can AI really capture the essence of human creativity? Or is it simply another tool in the modern writer’s arsenal? These are some of the questions that will be explored during the event.
Although GLOBAL MINDS will take place in October, its impact is designed to endure. Literary creation and cultural exchange are ongoing processes, and events like this are crucial to maintaining the vitality of the industry. By providing a platform where topics of global relevance are discussed, GLOBAL MINDS not only boosts the careers of its participants, but also contributes to long-term cultural and literary development.

In today’s volatile economic climate, businesses face a myriad of obstacles as they strive to maintain and grow their sales. The key to thriving in such an environment lies in adaptability, innovation, and a customer-centric approach. By focusing on these core principles, companies can navigate economic uncertainties and emerge stronger. Here are ten essential elements to consider when looking to boost your sales in a challenging economy.
In a challenging economy, understanding your customer’s needs, preferences, and pain points is more critical than ever. Use data analytics and customer feedback to gain insights and tailor your products or services to meet their specific needs. Personalization can significantly enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Review and adjust your pricing strategy to ensure it aligns with current market conditions. Consider offering flexible payment options, discounts, or bundled packages to make your products more appealing. Value-based pricing, where you emphasize the value your product brings, can also be effective.
With more consumers shopping online, a robust online presence is crucial. Ensure your website is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and provides a seamless shopping experience. Invest in search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing to increase your visibility and attract potential customers.
Social media platforms offer a cost-effective way to engage with your audience and promote your products. Develop a consistent posting schedule, create engaging content, and interact with your followers. Use targeted ads to reach a broader audience and drive traffic to your website.
Excellent customer service can differentiate you from competitors and build customer loyalty. Train your team to handle inquiries efficiently and resolve issues promptly. Consider implementing live chat support on your website to assist customers in real-time.
Providing additional services at no extra cost can enhance the perceived value of your products. Consider offering free shipping, extended warranties, or complimentary consultations. These value-added services can encourage customers to choose your brand over others.
Acquiring new customers can be more expensive than retaining existing ones. Implement loyalty programs, offer exclusive discounts to repeat customers, and regularly engage with your customer base through email marketing. Satisfied customers are more likely to recommend your brand to others.
Forming strategic partnerships with other businesses can expand your reach and create new sales opportunities. Look for companies that complement your offerings and explore ways to collaborate on promotions, bundle deals, or cross-marketing efforts.
Innovation is key to staying relevant in a challenging economy. Continuously assess your product line and look for opportunities to introduce new features, improve existing products, or expand into new markets. Keeping your offerings fresh can attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Regularly analyze your sales data and marketing efforts to understand what works and what doesn’t. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to track your progress and make data-driven decisions. Be prepared to pivot your strategy based on your findings to maximize your sales potential.
Boosting sales in a challenging economy requires a multifaceted approach. By understanding your customers, optimizing your pricing, enhancing your online presence, and focusing on innovation and customer service, you can navigate economic uncertainties and drive growth. Remember, adaptability and a customer-centric mindset are your greatest assets in overcoming economic challenges and achieving longterm success.
Implement these essential elements in your sales strategy, and you’ll be well-equipped to boost your sales and thrive, even in the most challenging economic conditions.
Faith, woman, mother, strength, are not only words, but the embodied definition of Betty Hernández, communicator above all, who this Friday International Women’s Day honors Dominican bibliography with the release of her book “Ser mujer.”
Being a woman gives us the story of pain and improvement of a writer from her own life... Through her words we find a refuge of understanding and a guide for those who have also faced similar losses.
But it is the author herself who expresses the very essence of her work: “Everything that is written here happened to me and to several friends, collaborators in the domestic sphere and acquaintances who, as women, wives and mothers, seek to please God in our actions”
