SEAPARC Leisure Complex has a variety of spaces available to rent for small meetings, parties, events, trade shows, conferences and private pool parties. POOL
$140 per hour Up to 40 people $25 for up to additional 50 people Lane rentals available. Additional fees may apply.
Stan Jones BALL Field Perfect for games and tournaments.
Arena
Ice available late August to late March. Dry floor early April to mid June. Daily or hourly rental available.
multi purpose rooms
A perfect venue for workshops, events or parties. Half Room, $30 per hour Full Room, $60 per hour Boardroom, $15 per hour
Applicable tax will be added to rental fees.
Program Withdrawals
In order to receive a full refund/credit, requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the program start date. Requests received after this time will not be accepted. Exceptions may be made for medical, relocation or other extenuating circumstances and the refund/credit will be issued on a pro-rated basis at the sole discretion of SEAPARC Leisure Complex. Supporting documentation, ie medical note, may be required. A $5 administration fee will apply to all refund requests.

Program Cancellations
NSF
Withdrawals must be submitted in writing to the Recreation Coordinator at least one month prior to the last day that your child will attend the program.
Minimum registration must be met within 72 hours prior to the start of any program. Please register early to avoid disappointment of cancelled programs.
Active Families, Healthy Communities
We require 72 hours notice in order to reschedule a session. Withdrawals within 72 hours notice and missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Any NSF transactions will be subject to a $15 fee.
Holidays/Long Weekends
Most programs are not scheduled to run on statutory holidays or long weekends. This will be noted on your program registration receipt.
