What is the difference between a 100% Brokerage fee schedule and a traditional Brokerage with splits?
Traditional split Brokerages offer a split when it comes to your fees to the brokerage. These may come in a variety of amounts (example: 50/50, 60/40, 70/30) and will be applied to your commissions. With a 100% Brokerage, like West USA Realty, you will pay a flat fee in the form of a monthly fee and a flat transaction fee (with disclosures) when you have a commission.
Does a 100% Brokerage offer the same support and training as traditional Brokerages with splits?
YES! West USA Realty has full-time Brokers that are available 7 days a week including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We have 8 fully staffed Branch offices, each with a Branch Manager and Office Assistant to help answer all your questions and give guidance. Lastly, we have Coaches available in each Branch to help you build your business no matter what stage of your career you are in. On top of CE classes, in branch trainings and educational classes, broker events and online education.

Agents can apply for assistance when they have an unexpected emergency. We offer to file your estimated taxes because we look out for our agents!
Per Internal Revenue Code, real estate agents are considered independent contractors and therefore may be required to make quarterly estimated payment to the IRS. Unfortunately, most agents are either unaware or simply fail to meet these requirements. We have the solution!
If you are in business for yourself, you generally need to make estimated tax payments.
Estimated tax is used to pay not only income tax, but other taxes such as self-employment tax & alternative minimum tax. You determine your withholding amounts; we complete the federal 1040-ES & AZ 140ES and submit your withholdings quarterly.
