As we move through the second half of 2025, we continue to see rapid shifts in our local real estate landscape - particularly when it comes to buyer behavior. The Phoenix market, long known for its growth and resilience, is now entering a new phase marked by increased buyer caution, evolving expectations, and tighter scrutiny around representation and compensation.
