Ingredients:
2 Gefen Noodle soup, with spice packet
3 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 frozen garlic cubes
Topping ideas: Scallions
Edamame
Thinly sliced carrots
Thinly sliced radishes
Thinly sliced mushrooms
Thinly sliced celery
Shredded cabbage
Grilled chicken
Sliced steak
Hard boiled egg

Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, toasted sesame oil, garlic and spice packets.
2. Fill up noodle soup cups with regular amount of boiling water. Add to prepared bowl. Mix well. Place thinly sliced vegetables on top to soften a bit. Cover with foil until done to your liking. Top with remaining toppings and enjoy.

Frozen breaded eggplant
