Ingredients:
3 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup roughly chopped mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, pistachios)
½ cup shredded coconut or coconut chips
2 tablespoons black and white sesame seeds
¼ cup dried cranberries
4 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
¼ cup packed dark brown sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup oil
2 tablespoons warm water
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup dried cranberries
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss together oats, nuts, coconut, sesame seeds, and cranberries.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, oil, water, and salt until combined.
4. Pour syrup mixture over oat mixture and stir until evenly coated.
5. Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and toss. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the granola. Do not mix. Let cool for about 10-15 minutes so the chips remain intact. Enjoy!

Yield: 16 (2-inch) squares
Ingredients:
¾ stick margarine
1 8 oz. bag large marshmallows
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
5 cups crisp rice cereal
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Melt the margarine in a pot on low heat.
2. Once melted, add the marshmallows and vanilla. Keep on mixing until you get it all melted. Shut the flame and add the crisp rice cereal.
3. Mix well with a rubber spatula until cereal is fully coated. Add the chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed (some of the chips will melt and form a marbelized appearance.
4. Pour into a parchment-lined 9×13 pan. Let set for at least 1 hour before cutting. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.

½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular)
¼ teaspoon black pepper, optional
Pinch of cayenne (optional for heat)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250°.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cereal, popcorn, pretzels, nish nosh crackers, and nuts.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted margarine, soy sauce, and seasonings.
4. Drizzle the seasoning mix over the dry mix, tossing gently until evenly coated.
5. Spread mixture onto a large baking sheet in an even layer.
6. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
