This Brand Standards Guide has been created to assist all vendors and in-house team in producing materials that are consistent and immediately recognizable as Westminster Christian School. Any attempt to utilize our graphics or wordmarks outside the standards represented in this guide are strictly prohibited. Requests for exceptions or interpretations should be submitted directly to:

Athletic Mission Statement

OUR MISSION

The athletic program at Westminster Christian School provides an opportunity to learn life lessons, develop character and skills that will help our student athletes reach their full potential while striving for excellence and developing future Christian leaders.

Empowering learners, preparing hearts, and inspiring lives to faithfully serve as ambassadors for Jesus Christ.

OUR CORPORATE LOGOS

Westminster’s corporate logos each possess a distinct role within our communication ecosystem and demand careful adherence to proper usage guidelines.

THE CORPORATE LOGO

Primarily, but not exclusively, used for corporate communications such as annual reports and marketing pieces.

THE ACADEMIC LOGO

Used exclusively with academic materials, such as course guides and the Junior College Workbook.

THE W

The W is mostly used as a symbol and/or design element where space or legibility is limited.

THE MARKETING LOGO

Our most commonly used logo. Make use of the logo in brochures, e-mails, social media, schoolwide and sports marketing materials.

School corporate and athletic logos presented in this guide must remain intact and unaltered. Under no circumstances should these logos be manipulated, redesigned, or combined with any other graphical elements or themes that could be perceived as creating a new, unapproved logo mark.

The Logos on Black and Solid Color Logos

Although not ideal, the use of Westminster logos is permissible on a black background for various applications including print, apparel, and other visual media. The approved color scheme for the logo is in full color or green.

The use of solid white, black, or gold logos isnot permitted. Logos must be in the Westminster green or in full color.

Westminster logos may be printed in black only if it is the only available ink for production, such as in traditional newspapers. However, black logos are not allowed on apparel, gear or in publications if process or spot colors can be used.

Gotham is a full font family, including all weights: ultra, black, bold, medium, regular, light and thin, as well as italics.

Gotham can be used for print layouts and graphics in both upperand lower case.

Gotham was used to create both, the Westminster and Warriors logos.

Discontinued Marks

The W has been updated to a bolder look. Please see approved art in this Brand Guide. In addition, the word Warriors has been updated from a Serif font (shown here) to a Sans Serif font shown within the athletic pages of this guide.

All use of logos or symbols with the Native American feather, dream catcher or the Chief are no longer accepted brand elements and must be discarded. Old logos like THE DUB have been recreated.

These examples illustrate layout, typography, and logo usage. While creativity in concepts is encouraged and diversity is necessary, maintaining brand consistency is paramount.

Apparel

These examples showcase the application of logos on apparel. Any requests for colors not previously approved must undergo review and approval by the Communications Director. Such requests will be granted solely under exceptionally unique circumstances.

Social Media

These are examples of social media posts. As with all marketing assets, the Westminster green should be the default primary colors and gold the supporting color. Use of colors and fonts outside of these guidelines must have approval from the Director of Communications.

Animation

Video animation should always be branded primarily with the Westminster green, white, and gold.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

AI-generated or AI-altered visuals, including logo modifications, animations, and imagery, are only permitted with prior approval from the Communications and Marketing Office. The school takes a conservative approach to AI use, ensuring that all branding remains authentic, professional, and true to our identity. Any approved AI work must strictly follow brand guidelines maintaining original colors, proportions, typography, and design elements so that the final product remains intact, consistent, and representative of our school’s visual standards.
