We are deeply grateful to a l who are recognized in th s report Each name reflects a meaningful commitment to our mission Through your generosity, the Warrior Fund raised over $575,000 from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 an incredible testament to the strength and spirit of our Warrior family

Westminster Parent Partners (WPP) is the schoo wide parent volunteer group that supports the school by organizing a variety of fundraising and community events. It is also an organization committed to providing Christian fellowship and volunteer opportunities for parents

WPP meet ngs are the first Friday of each month at 8 a m Meetings include breakfast, announcements, a devotional, and a guest speaker sharing about a top c re evant to parents. Events hosted by the WPP include a Used Uniform Sale, the Middle Schoo Kickball Contest, the Father/Daughter Dance, and the Mother/Son event

Monies raised by the WPP are used to pay for guest speakers, help offset costs of Teacher Appreciation Week, and to make mprovements around the school campus. They also organize an End of the Year Collect on to give each member of the Westminster faculty and staff a monetary gift at the end of the school year

CHRISTMAS AND SPRING MARKETPLACES

Christmas and Spring Marketplaces were held on Friday, Nov. 1, 2024, and Friday, March 7, 2025, respectively These events feature school family vendors as wel as the community at large selling their products to our school and the local community Products include jewelry, accessories, c othing for adults and children, home goods, cand es, décor, skin care products and so much more Each of these events raised close to $10,000 with the proceeds go ng to Westminster Parent Partners for programming and events.

MOTHER/SON GAME NIGHT

The Mother/Son Game Night was held on Friday, April 4, 2025. This is an elementary school-age event for mothers and sons that general y includes active games and fun act vities that can be enjoyed by both Themes vary from year to year

FATHER/DAUGHTER DANCE

The Father/Daughter Dance was held on Saturday, April 5, 2025 A ong-standing tradition, this elementary schoo event is a special evening for fathers and daughters that includes dancing, games, food, and fun.

WARRIOR FAMILY FAIR

The Warrior Family Fair took place on Friday, November 15 and Saturday, November 16, 2024. With over 650 in attendance, our families enjoyed an evening of fun w th rides for ch ldren of al ages, carnival games, food trucks, vendor booths, laser tag and a vintage and exotic car show. We also showcased performances by our cheerleaders and student artists Save the date for this year’s Warrior Family Fair on Friday, November 14 and Saturday, November 15, 2025

TASTE OF WESTMINSTER

Taste of Westminster was held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 in the Student Activities Center on campus With wel over 350 in attendance and 20 food and beverage vendors, it was a night fil ed w th delicious delicacies, ibations, and dancing This year guests were greeted with a solo saxophonist serenading them as they entered As guests sp lled outside, a cigar ro ler and a photo booth added to the even ng’s entertainment. There was a silent auction inside with sports memorabilia, baskets from each grade evel, and a variety of other items for guests to b d on. The $80,000 in proceeds went directly to the construction of the Café in the Learning Commons. Save the date for Taste of Westminster on Saturday, January 31, 2026.
