POLICIES & PROCEDURES
• Sign up with the Golf Shop no later than Sunday at 1 p.m. prior to Play Day.
• $15 entry fee will be charged to your club account.
• 18-Holers’ Shotgun: Mondays at 9 a.m.
• 9-Holers’ Tee Time: Mondays at 9:30 a.m., after the 18-holers.
• You are welcome to order lunch prior to teeing off to reduce wait time for your food upon completion of your round. Please place your order individually in the locker room.
PACE OF PLAY
“Ready Golf” will be in effect at all times.
Each group is expected to keep pace with the group ahead of them.
Threesomes are expected to complete rounds in less than 4 hours.
NET DOUBLE BOGEY RULE
Once you have reached double bogey (plus any handicap strokes for that hole), you should pick up your ball and proceed to the next hole.
2024-2025 PLAYER OF THE YEAR
This award will be determined by a point system that rewards individuals based on both participation and performance in the events.
• Play in an event - 2 points
• Win an event (Individual or Team) - 5 points
• Place in event (Individual or Team)* - 2 or 3 points
• Play in Ladies’ Major Event - 2 points
• Place in Ladies’ Major Event (Indiv. or Team) - 5 points
• Win Ladies’ Major Event (Indiv. or Team) - 10 points
• Play in Mixed Event** - 5 points
WOMEN’S MAJOR EVENTS CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Ladies’ Team Championship - February 24
• Ladies’ Invitational - March 10
• The Wanderers Cup Ladies’ Club Championship - March 24
* “Placing” will be based on the number of participants for the event. Second place will always be awarded points, but not always third. Points will be scaled accordingly if second and third place are awarded.
** Member/Pro Events do not count as a “Mixed Event”
SEASON-LONG CONTEST
RINGER BOARD CHAMPION
This is a season-long scorecard that consists of your best net scores on each hole. The Ringer Board will be displayed in the Ladies’ Locker Room. Any time you play a full round of golf with another member, you are allowed to use those birdies for the board. The player with the lowest score at the end of the season will be deemed the Champion.
MOST IMPROVED GOLFER
This award is calculated based on your official GHIN handicap. The player who improves their handicap the most from the beginning of the Ladies’ Golf Season will be the winner.

BACK SOCIAL
5:30 - 6:30 P.M.
This event will cover everything you need to know about the Ladies’ Golf season. We’ll explain how to sign up for clinics, share details on upcoming formats and major events, and review key topics such as pace of play, golf etiquette, and basic rules.

6 | WELCOME BACK SCRAMBLE
Teams of four players. Each player tees off, then the team selects the best drive. Each player then plays from the selected position. Proceed with this process until the ball is holed.
MONDAY, JANUARY 13 |
1 BEST BALL
The lowest score of the team on each hole will count as the team’s total score for the event.
MONDAY, JANUARY 20
| STUCK IN THE MIDDLE
Your team’s score is made up of the middle 3 holes on both the front nine and back nine (holes 4, 5, 6 and 13, 14, 15).
MONDAY, JANUARY
27 | BEST IN SHOW
The best score on the front 9, back 9, and total 18-hole score will be awarded.
MONDAY, FEBRUARY
3 | PINK BALL
Each team is given a pink golf ball. Everyone plays their own ball on each hole, while one player on the team plays with the pink ball. The pink ball score, plus the lowest score among the other teammates, is the total score for each hole. However, if you lose the pink ball during the round, your team is disqualified.

The best net score by you and your partner will count for the hole.

Multi-format event, played in 2-person teams.
Holes 1 - 9: Team Scramble
Both players tee off, then choose the best drive. Both players will hit again from the selected position, and you will then choose the best shot from that position. Repeat this process until the ball is holed.
Holes 10 - 18: Select Drive Alternate Shot
Both teammates will tee off on every hole, and you will then choose the best drive. The player who did not hit the selected drive will hit the second shot, and teammates will alternate shots from there until the ball is holed.

1 best ball of 3. Prizes will be awarded for each 9 holes and the overall 18 holes.

10 | LADIES’ INVITATIONAL- MAJOR
Four-person teams: 1 member and 1 guest, or 3 guests. Format is 1 Best Ball Gross and Net for 18 holes. Scoring is based on Stableford points: Double Eagle: 10, Eagle: 5, Birdie: 3, Par: 1, Bogey or Worse: 0. Highest score wins.

Each team will play with one of the Wanderers Club professionals in a scramble.

BALL ODDS & EVENS
Team of four players: Count 1 net best ball on the odd holes and 2 net best balls on the even holes.
