Pool Event Guidelines

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please note the following event guidelines for our Pool Parties:

• Pool gates open at 10 a.m. for party attendees. All Members and Guests entering the pool area from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. will receive a wristband and have the entry fee charged to the relevant Member account.

• Wristbands must be worn to remain at the party and access the buffet on the Terrace.

• Deck chairs and tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. One individual may hold up to two chairs or one table, but must stay in the pool area to keep their spot. Unattended seating that is unoccupied for an extended time may be reassigned to other Members.

• After 2 p.m., the pool will reopen to all Members – no wristbands required.
