Reformer Flow | $12 - This low-impact workout is designed to improve your posture and balance while addressing muscle imbalances and flexibility. In this class, you will move through stations on the Pilates Reformers as well as exercises on the mat using light dumbbells, bands, glides, and more.

HIIT the Circuit - This full-body workout consists of 9 strength stations within 3 groups, containing 3 exercises per group 3x’s each. Each group participants complete timed cardio drills.

Learn & Burn - Learn how to utilize our gym with this fun class. Move through a variety of circuits from the studio to the gym floor completing cardio, toning, and firming.

Quick in 30 - Think you don’t have time to work out? Well now you can in this 30-minute full-body workout that is quick, effective, and fun! When you enter the studio, your workout begins. Arrive when it’s convenient for you between 8:30-9:30 a.m. to complete the circuit.

Fit in 30 - A 30-minute cardiovascular, weight training circuit class, designed to keep your heart rate up to hit all the major muscle groups. Arrive when it’s convenient for you between 8:30-9:30 a.m. to complete the circuit.

Yogalates - This unique blend of yoga and Pilates helps lengthen, strengthen, and tone your entire body while relieving stress through mindful movement and deep breathing. Experience the transformative power of Yogalates and leave invigorated, centered, and mentally clear.

Core Power Pilates - This intense and challenging form of Pilates focusing on strength, endurance, and cardio for improved physical alignment, and stronger connection between body and mind, using a variety of equipment such as stability balls, light dumbbells, bands, and glides.

Mommy & Me Yoga - Join us on November 22 for a gentle flow designed for you and your little one.

Chair Massage | $35 - Enjoy a 15-minute chair massage with our Massage Therapist. Slots are available every Monday between 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. starting Monday, September 15.

Junior Martial Arts | $100 per month - Taught by expert instructors from Systema Floyd Martial Arts, kids ages 3-12 can build confidence while learning practical self-defense skills in these monthly programs.

Aqua Body Blast - Improve your balance, aerobic strength, interval, and core training. Get a full body workout when cardiovascular and muscle strengthening exercises meet the challenge of the depth and resistance of the water. While easy on your joints, this “liquid gym” utilizes the deep and/or shallow ends of the lap pool to improve your core stabilization, cardiovascular fitness, and endurance, with no or low impact.

Aqua Body Strong - This strength -based water fitness class offers a total-body workout and challenges you to maintain proper postural control and alignment while executing various movements on the board. Max 6 participants.

Hard Core - This high intensity workout focuses on your abs, back and glutes. We will use various tools and a variety of fitness modalities, designed to build, strengthen, and maintain a hard core.

Ultimate Upper Sculpt - Improve the strength of your upper body with this 50-minute class. Challenge your strength through traditional free-weight exercises and get your heart pumping with cardio drills.

Core Express - This class will challenge you to the CORE! Using your body weight, Core Express is a quick way to improve your strength, balance, coordination, posture, and stamina for all fitness levels.

Pilates Plus - Pilates Plus targets deep and superficial muscles. It will give your abs and upper and lower extremities an intensive workout while challenging your core stability, balance, coordination, and flexibility to enhance athletic performance.

Vitality Yoga - Enhance your overall well-being in this balanced 60-minute practice, where we will stretch, strengthen, and relax all of the body’s major systems. This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners who want to deepen their practice.
