INSTRUCTORS & CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Kelly Sullivan

Core Power Pilates - Power Pilates is an intense and challenging form of Pilates focusing on strength, endurance, and cardio. Learn to initiate movement from the core for improved physical alignment, and stronger connection between body and mind. In this class you will use a variety of equipment such as stability balls, light dumbbells, bands, and glides.

Reformer Flow - This low-impact workout is designed to improve your posture and balance while addressing muscle imbalances and flexibility. In this class, you will move through stations on the Pilates Reformers as well as exercises on the mat using light dumbbells, bands, glides, and more.

HIIT the Circuit - This full-body workout consists of 9 strength stations within 3 groups, containing 3 exercises per group 3x’s each. Each group participants complete timed cardio drills. This class is guaranteed to give you triple the results and triple the fun.

Quick in 30 - Think you don’t have time to work out? Well now you can in this 30-minute full-body workout that is quick, effective, and fun! When you enter the studio, your workout begins. Arrive when it’s convenient for you between 8:30-9:30 a.m. to complete the circuit.

Fit in 30 - A 30-minute cardiovascular, weight training circuit class, designed to keep your heart rate up to hit all the major muscle groups. Arrive when it’s convenient for you between 8:30-9:30 a.m. to complete the circuit.

Vinyon Dovi

Hard Core - This high intensity workout focuses on your abs, back and glutes. We will use various tools and a variety of fitness modalities, designed to build, strengthen, and maintain a hard core.

Ultimate Upper Sculpt - Improve the strength of your upper body with this 50-minute class. Challenge your strength through traditional free-weight exercises and get your heart pumping with cardio drills that will increase your fitness level and change the shape of your body.

Core Express - This class will challenge you to the CORE! Using your body weight, Core Express is a quick way to improve your strength, balance, coordination, posture, and stamina for all fitness levels.

Aqua Pilates - This class is designed to enhance aerobic capacity and challenge core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. This workout uses the mind-body connection borrowed from Pilates and Yoga exercises and works from different planes of movement for an intense total body workout.

Pilates Plus - Pilates Body Sculpt targeting deep and superficial muscles. It will give your abs and upper and lower extremities an intensive workout while challenging your core stability, balance, coordination and flexibility to enhance the athletic performance.

Vitality Yoga - Enhance your overall well-being in this balanced 60-minute practice, where we will stretch, strengthen, and relax all of the body’s major systems. This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners who want to deepen their practice.
