VISITORS CANNOT FAIL TO BE IMPRESSED BY A VISIT TO GRIMSBY FISHING HERITAGE CENTRE
Grimsby Fishing Heritage Centre has received high praise following a visit from Visit England.
The centre has received a nomination for a national award and high praise in a number of categories from staff to overall experience. For the third year in a row, employees have been entered for the Visit England Welcome Accolade. The staff category measures the standards of customer care, knowledge, efficiency and appearance.
Both the museum itself and the Ross Tiger tour were given a score of almost 90%, demonstrating how impressive the attraction is.
The assessor, having never visited before acting as a member of the public, said: “the staff could not be faulted, even though one of the staff was new and under training,” adding: “Overall, the Heritage Centre’s staff were a very positive aspect of the visit and they significantly added to the visitor experience.”
Also receiving acclaim was the Ross Tiger and it’s tour guide, former skipper Robert Formby. The assessor said it was a “a really excellent, authentic in-person guided tour as illustrated not only by my experience on the day but also by the many positive online reviews”.
Speaking about the former skipper, they said: “Excellent and could not be faulted in this role of providing an authentic and vastly knowledgeable guided tour for a diverse audience.”
The Galley café was also given a special mention in the overall report, along with the current exhibition, Rambles in Lincolnshire. Held in the Muriel Baker gallery, the event displays almost 100 Lincolnshire railway posters from the past. The exhibition is free, running until Sunday, 4 May.
They described it as being “superbly presented and absolutely fascinating not only for local audiences and those interested in railway heritage, but for more general visitors too, as illustrated by exhibition feedback. The team is to be congratulated on this.”
Grimsby Fishing Heritage Centre is also an Arts Council England Accredited Museum and member of the Humber Museums Partnership. It holds the Sandford Award for Heritage Education and is a longterm recipient of the TripAdvisor Traveller’s Choice Award for consistent high ratings in online reviews. The management and team at the attraction
would like to publicly thank their dedicated and enthusiastic staff, as well as all of the public that have supported the attraction with their reviews which make a real difference to the museum.

BEATING THE WINTER BLUES
TIPS FOR STAYING POSITIVE AND ENERGISED IN THE COLDER MONTHS
Winter can be a challenging time for many, as the shorter days and colder weather often bring a sense of fatigue or gloom. However, by adopting simple habits and mindfulness practices, you can maintain your energy and positivity throughout the season.
EMBRACE NATURAL LIGHT
The lack of sunlight in winter can impact mood and energy levels. Counteract this by spending time outdoors, even for a short walk during your lunch break. If you’re near the Lincolnshire countryside or coastline, wrap up warm and enjoy a refreshing walk. The fresh air and scenery, from the rolling Wolds to expansive beaches, can be incredibly uplifting. At home, open curtains wide and work near windows to maximise light. If natural light is scarce, a light therapy lamp can help mimic daylight and boost your mood.
STAY ACTIVE
Physical activity releases endorphins that improve mood. While winter may discourage outdoor exercise, indoor options like yoga, pilates, or online dance classes are great alternatives. For a seasonal twist, try ice skating or brisk winter walks in the countryside. Regular movement not only lifts your spirits but also improves sleep patterns and helps maintain physical fitness.
PRIORITISE SOCIAL CONNECTIONS
Winter can feel isolating, but maintaining social connections is essential for emotional well-being. Lincolnshire offers plenty to do during the colder months, from farmers’ markets to theatre evenings and community events. Plan cosy gatherings with friends, join a local club or class, or simply catch up over a call. Staying connected not only supports mental health but also makes the season more enjoyable and fulfilling.
NOURISH YOUR BODY AND MIND
What you eat significantly affects your mood and energy. Choose nutrient-rich foods like leafy greens, oily fish, nuts, and seeds. Herbal teas provide comfort, while staying hydrated helps avoid fatigue. Limit caffeine and sugar to prevent energy crashes. Don’t forget to indulge occasionally in a treat that makes you happy—balance is key.
INCORPORATE MINDFULNESS PRACTICES
Mindfulness helps reduce stress and improve mood. Start with simple techniques
like deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation. Begin your day with five minutes of meditation, focusing on your breath. Apps like Headspace or Calm can guide you. Gratitude journaling is another effective practice—write down three things you’re grateful for each day to shift your focus to the positives and enhance your sense of perspective.
CREATE A COSY ENVIRONMENT
Your surroundings influence your mood, so transform your space into a winter haven. Use warm lighting, soft blankets, and calming scents like lavender or vanilla. Dedicate a corner for relaxation or mindfulness, equipped with books and candles. Add seasonal touches like fairy lights or winter-themed decor to make your home feel special.
By adopting these strategies, winter can become an opportunity to recharge and practise self-care. With the right mindset and habits, you’ll emerge into spring feeling energised, uplifted, and ready for new beginnings.
HEART HEALTH AWARENESS
FEBRUARY FOCUS ON YOUR HEART
February isn’t just about love and Valentine’s Day; it’s also a time to focus on one of the most vital organs in your body—your heart. With numerous health campaigns marking February as Heart Health Awareness Month, it’s the perfect time to reflect on how you can care for your heart and improve your overall well-being.
WHY HEART HEALTH MATTERS
Cardiovascular diseases remain one of the leading causes of death worldwide, but many cases are preventable through lifestyle changes and early intervention. Simple steps, like maintaining a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and managing stress, can significantly reduce your risk of heart-related issues.
Heart health awareness campaigns aim to educate people about these risks while encouraging individuals to adopt healthier habits to protect their hearts for the long term.
TIPS FOR A HEALTHY HEART
ADOPT A HEART-HEALTHY DIET
Eating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins is crucial for heart health. Reduce your intake of saturated fats, processed foods, and added sugars.
Include foods high in omega-3 fatty acids, such as oily fish, nuts, and seeds, which support healthy cholesterol levels and overall heart function.
STAY ACTIVE
Physical activity strengthens the heart and improves circulation. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise weekly, such as brisk walking, cycling, or swimming. Even simple activities like gardening or dancing can benefit your heart.
QUIT SMOKING AND LIMIT
ALCOHOL
Smoking damages blood vessels and increases the risk of heart disease, so quitting is one of the best things you can do for your heart. Limiting alcohol consumption is also important, as excessive drinking can raise blood pressure and contribute to other cardiovascular issues.
MANAGE STRESS
Chronic stress can take a toll on your heart. Mindfulness practices like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga can help you
manage stress effectively. Taking time for relaxation and hobbies can also have a positive impact.
KNOW YOUR NUMBERS
Regular health check-ups are essential for monitoring blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and blood sugar. Early detection of any abnormalities allows you to take proactive steps to prevent more serious problems.
GET INVOLVED IN AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS
This February, take the opportunity to learn more about heart health by participating in local events, such as health fairs or charity runs. Spreading awareness in your community can inspire others to take charge of their heart health, too.
By prioritising your heart’s well-being, you’re investing in a healthier, longer, and more fulfilling life. Take action this month and make heart health a lifelong commitment.
CELEBRATE LOVE THIS
VALENTINE’S DAY
Valentine’s Day is a celebration of love, connection, and togetherness—a perfect excuse to indulge in all things romantic.
Whether you’re planning a grand gesture, a cosy evening at home, or simply treating yourself, there’s no shortage of ways to make February 14th special. From thoughtful gifts to memorable experiences, here’s your guide to embracing the season of love.
THE PERFECT GIFT
Finding the right gift is all about thoughtfulness. While chocolates and jewellery remain timeless options, flowers hold a special place in Valentine’s Day traditions. A bouquet of roses is the ultimate symbol of romance, but don’t be afraid to get creative—opt for lilies, tulips,
or even a mixed arrangement that reflects the recipient’s unique personality. Adding a handwritten note to accompany the flowers makes the gesture even more meaningful.
For those who appreciate experiences, gift a cooking class, spa day, or an adventure you can enjoy together. And if you’re celebrating solo, treat yourself to something you’ve been eyeing for a while, whether it’s a new outfit, a luxurious candle, or even a relaxing getaway. Personalised gifts, like photo books or engraved items, are also wonderful ways to make your loved ones feel cherished.
ROMANTIC DINING
A delicious meal is at the heart of many Valentine’s Day celebrations. Whether you’re dining out or staying in, create an atmosphere that feels indulgent. Local restaurants often offer special Valentine’s menus with decadent dishes and intimate settings. For those opting for a home-cooked experience, a threecourse meal complete with candles, fresh flowers, and soft music can be just as enchanting.
Looking for inspiration? Start with a creamy mushroom risotto or a fresh prawn cocktail as a starter, followed by a classic steak or a hearty vegetarian lasagne. End the evening with a dessert like chocolate fondue or a rich red velvet cake. Don’t forget to pair the meal with a bottle of wine or a signature cocktail to elevate the experience.
For something a little different, try a stargazing evening. Wrap up warm, bring a thermos of hot chocolate, and head to a quiet spot to marvel at the night sky. Pair this with flowers or a small keepsake to make the experience even more memorable. For couples looking for an active adventure, try a hiking trail or a scenic bike ride to enjoy quality time together.
UNIQUE DATE IDEAS
Shake up your usual routine with creative date ideas. Take a pottery class together, visit a local vineyard, or even book a couple’s photoshoot to capture your bond. Many cities host themed events during Valentine’s week, such as live music nights or cocktail-making classes, offering something fun and unique.
If you have children, involve them in the celebration by crafting Valentine’s cards or baking heart-shaped cookies. Adding flowers to the table or as part of your crafts can bring an extra festive touch. You could also organise a family movie night with plenty of treats, so everyone feels included.
CREATE A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE
Sometimes, the most cherished gifts aren’t things but moments. Plan a day or evening filled with activities that reflect your personalities as a couple. A stroll through the countryside, an afternoon exploring a local museum, or a cosy movie marathon at home are all wonderful ways to connect.
CELEBRATE SELF-LOVE
Valentine’s Day isn’t just for couples— it’s also a reminder to prioritise your own happiness and well-being. Treat yourself to a relaxing bath, a good
book, or a solo outing to your favourite cafe. Flowers can be a beautiful act of self-love too—buying your own bouquet to brighten up your space is a simple but uplifting gesture.
Take this opportunity to reflect on your achievements, write down your goals, or pamper yourself with a spa day at home. Remember, love starts from within, and dedicating time to yourself will leave you feeling refreshed and fulfilled.
This Valentine’s Day, whether you’re celebrating romance, friendship, or yourself, let love take centre stage. It’s not about grand gestures or expensive gifts but about appreciating the people and moments that make life special. With a little thought and creativity, and maybe a bouquet of flowers, you can make this Valentine’s one to remember. Telephone: 01472 343413

NEW BRITISH FASHION ACCESSORY
WINNING STAR PRAISE
Jenny Powell finds comfort post op wearing a Layer Band by British company Layer Clothing
Radio and TV presenter Jenny Powell has praised a new British-made fashion accessory called the Layer Band by Layer Clothing, which helped ease the celeb’s recovery after a robotic hysterectomy last year.
Designed as a fashion item[1] and becoming a staple in stylists’ toolkits, Layer Bands are made with soft, supportive and breathable material – similar in concept to maternity bands – with a colourful design around the trim, and many customers are reporting the benefits of wearing them post-surgery.
Following years of severe menopause symptoms, which Ms Powell documented openly online to raise awareness and create a supportive community for other women, she underwent a robotic hysterectomy last October.
Seeing Jenny share her early post-op recovery on Instagram, Layer Clothing founder Rachael Bennett gifted a Layer Band to the star.
In an Insta reel shared four weeks post-op as Jenny began wearing tighter clothing, she put on her Layer Band under yellow joggers, telling her 191,000 followers it protected her sensitive scars ‘with lovely soft material which… makes me feel more confident. Then I put my other normal clothes on top.”
“So now I’ve got this on to protect my scars and you’ve got this funky layer, great for post op if you want a bit more protection.”
Now, bringing her online community into the real world, Jenny will be sharing her menopause and hysterectomy journey alongside Consultant Gynaecologist Dr Amiry and a panel of health and wellbeing experts at the first ever ‘Femisphere: Women’s Health and Wellbeing Event’ hosted by The Women’s Health Club.
LAYER BAND
Themed “Let’s Talk Lady Parts” it will explore important topics in women’s health, including perimenopause, menopause, hysterectomy, menstruation, breast health and skin care.
Taking place on Tuesday 4 February at Wilmslow Conference Centre in Cheshire, tickets are limited and can be bought online for £55 at www.womenshealthclub.co.uk/ etn/femisphere-lets-talk-lady-parts-hostedby-dr-amiry-and-jenny-powell/
Layer Clothing founder Rachael Bennett, who will be exhibiting at the Cheshire event, said: “When I saw Jenny’s posts so openly sharing her post-op journey online to help and support other women, I wanted to send her a Layer Band.
“I designed Layer Band to be a hardworking fashion accessory but many customers have told me anecdotally how comfortable and supported they feel in their bands after surgery.
“I’m delighted to be part of this fantastic new event for women and to introducing Layer Bands to a new audience.”
Other Layer Band supporters include:
Menopause Nutritionist Charlotte Hunter who recommends the accessory to her clients, she said: “I was especially drawn to the Layer Band for my surgical clients. Post op I would have given anything for something like this. It provides that much needed support and comfort when feeling sore and bloated and nothing seems to fit quite right. When your stitches itch and you’re bruised, it’s a lifesaver.”
Model Liz Pinchbeck (pictured below left) and her daughter, 21 year old law student Jemima Pinchbeck recently celebrated their first ‘Kidney-versary’ a year after undergoing a kidney transplant.
THE HARD-WORKING MULTI-PURPOSE FASHION ACCESSORY THAT:
Extends the life of clothes like trousers by covering zips and buttons that no longer fasten and adds length to jumpers that have shrunk in the wash;
Provides a stylish and practical solution for keeping backs warm and supporting midsections - ideal when exercising; Is multi-wearable: around the midsection - under or over clothes to add colour, texture and flattering layering without bulk; or as a bandeau top or modesty panel if your top or dress is too low (no more bras on show); or as a corset over a dress or shirt. Layer Bands are available online in 11 different colourways and in four sizes S, M, L & XL. Costing £45, they are available from https://www.layerclothing.com/
They became fans of Layer Bands last year after recovering from a kidney transplant operation.
Liz from Lincolnshire, said: “Being able to donate my kidney to Jemima after she suffered kidney failure having contracting Meningitis B and septicaemia in 2022 was the best gift a mother could give.
“The scarring from the transplant was very neat although in several places on my midsection. Wearing my Layer Band helps keep that part of my body warm, comfy and supported when I’m exercising or just out and about.
“They’re a fantastic idea and I wouldn’t be without mine.”
Artist and Diary of a Name Dropper podcaster Meridith Hepner Chapman from London underwent a bi lateral oophorectomy in 2023. She found Layer Bands versatile and practical to wear postsurgery, as she explained:
“Keyhole surgery and a very cold studio mean that I am benefiting greatly from the gentleness and warmth of this very clever invention. “I couldn’t put anything around my waist or near my stomach so this has been a godsend.”
Layer Clothing also launched Layer Cuffs last year to keep exposed wrists warm. Created from Layer Bands off-cuts to minimise waste. The cuffs are available in six different colourways and cost £22 they are available here

THE PERFECT HOUSEPLANT FOR YOUR PARTNERS
ZODIAC SIGN
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and if you’re searching for a thoughtful and unique gift, look no further than the perfect houseplant. But with so many options out there, how do you pick the right one? Easy, let the stars decide!
Libra: elegant and easygoing - Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum wallisi)
The Peace Lily is a staple in air-purifying plants, known for its elegant white blooms that appear to float above its glossy green leaves. It’s perfect for low-light spaces, and its ability to remove toxins from the air makes it both beautiful and functional. A low-maintenance plant, it also thrives in shady spots, making it ideal for homes and offices.
Virgo: fuss-free and tolerant - Kentia Palm (Howea forsteriana)
If you’re seeking a statement piece, the Kentia Palm is the perfect choice. With its arching fronds and tall, slender trunk, this tropical plant adds a touch of elegance to any room. It is hardy, tolerating low light and minimal watering, making it an easy-care option for busy households.
Aries: a passionate sign that thrives on a little drama - Bird of Paradise (Strelitzia Nicolai)
With bold, banana-like leaves and the potential to bloom bird-like flowers, the Bird of Paradise brings a piece of the tropics indoors. Its large foliage is perfect for creating a focal point in spacious rooms. While it requires bright, indirect light to thrive, it’s a showstopper at home once it reaches maturity.
Leo: sunny and gorgeous - Cowboy Cactus (Opuntia Rubescens Consolea)
The Cowboy Cactus offers a desert vibe to interiors. Despite its cactuslike appearance, it’s actually a type of Euphorbia. This resilient plant loves sunlight and requires very little water, making it perfect for plant lovers who want something low-maintenance yet unique and fun.
Capricorn: great with money, and always looks on-point - Money Tree (Pachira Aquatica)
Often associated with good fortune and wealth, the Money Tree has braided trunks and bright green leaves that give it a beautiful appearance. This plant thrives in bright, indirect light and brings a sense of positivity and growth to any space, making it a popular gift choice.
Cancer: a spiritual sign, who loves a busy home full of love - Prayer Plant (Maranta leuconeura)
Known for its beautifully patterned leaves that fold up at night like hands in prayer, the Prayer Plant is both calming and eyecatching. It thrives in low to medium light and adds a touch of movement and interest to any room. Its red veins make it a unique addition to plant collections.
Scorpio: intense, magnetic and mysterious - ZZ Plant (Zamioculcas zamiifolia)
The ZZ plant looks difficult to care for, however, it is the opposite. Ideal for those who appreciate resilient plants that thrive in tough conditions. Its glossy, dark green leaves add a touch of mystery and elegance, symbolising growth, endurance, and adaptability, perfect for individuals who value persistence and beauty. It can easily recognise toxins and remove them from the air too.
Gemini: a social butterfly who loves a touch of nature at home - Snake Plant (Sansevieria laurentii)
A popular choice for its hardiness and airpurifying abilities, the Snake Plant is known for its tall, sword-like leaves that stand upright and add vertical interest. It’s almost impossible to kill, flourishing with minimal care, making it perfect for those with a busy lifestyle or limited light in their home.
Sagittarius: an adventurous sign that loves jungle aesthetics - Swiss Cheese Plant (Monstera Deliciosa)
The Swiss Cheese Plant is instantly recognisable by its large, split leaves that give it an exotic appearance. This climbing plant is perfect for adding a touch of the jungle to your interior and grows well in bright, indirect light. Its distinctive look has made it a favourite among interior designers.
Aquarius: generous to others, but asks for little in return - Boston Fern (Nephrolepis Exaltata)
With its lush, feathery fronds, the Boston Fern brings softness and a touch of elegance to indoor spaces. It thrives in high humidity and indirect light, making it an excellent choice for bathrooms or kitchens. As a bonus, it’s a great air purifier, removing toxins from the air.
Pisces: romantic and whimsicalString of Hearts (Ceropegia Woodii)
The String of Hearts is a dainty, trailing plant with heart-shaped leaves, ideal for hanging baskets or trailing over shelves. Its hanging vines add charm to any space, and it’s relatively low-maintenance, thriving in bright, indirect light and needing only occasional watering.
Taurus: talented cooks who value care and loyalty, responding with graceFiddle Leaf Fig (Ficus Lyrata)
Known for its broad, dark green leaves, the Fiddle Leaf Fig has become a design icon. Its tall, sculptural form and lush foliage make it a standout in modern interiors. Although it requires a bit more attention in terms of light and humidity, its striking appearance is worth the effort.
Inbaal states that “Bringing a bit of nature into the home benefits different star signs in different ways. Fire signs, such as Aries, Leo and Sagittarius, have an outdoorsy streak to them, so they’re either outside or by a window, therefore they feel right at home in creating a little jungle in the living room. Earth signs like Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn love the stability and predictability of being surrounded by sturdy plants. Air signs such as Gemini, Libra and Aquarius feel more in balance when they’re near nature. Flowers and plants give them the feeling of having more space to think their thoughts. And water signs like Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces are maternal and love nurturing and taking care of a plant.”
DO YOU WANT THE PERFECT PATIO?
You can convert any garden, no matter how big or little, into an extra living space by combining eye-catching paving with a creative design and high-quality expert installation. As a result, your home will be an oasis for you to enjoy this year. In today’s market, however, there are so many options for paving that choosing the ideal one for your garden can be difficult.
THE USE OF INTERNET SEARCH
To get started, do some internet research. You may get inspiration by doing a Google picture search or by visiting the websites of paving manufacturers. In addition please look at our website to see our work and get some inspiration.
PICKING THE RIGHT COLOUR
When it comes to paving colour there are many to choose from. You may want to complement or contrast the colour scheme of your home. You’ll also want to think about how much direct sunshine your patio gets. A light-coloured paving is recommended in gloomy areas since it would improve the ambiance.
TRY TO FIT IN WITH YOUR GARDEN
You should also think about your property’s location and architectural style. If your house is older, then antique, or riven-style paving may look better on your patio since it will give it a more cottage garden or stately home feeling. It’s best to choose more modern-looking paving, such as porcelain, for more contemporary homes. Also, if you have a small space then consider a circle design as these can be of various sizes, and won’t create a block of paving that can be too much for a small area.
IMAGINE FLOW
Choosing outdoor paving that complements your inside tile decor has grown more fashionable in recent years. It is possible to create an indoor-outdoor flow by using a matching paving slab or tile throughout the space. We did a garden where they had Moroccan style tiles in the kitchen and so we reflected this in the garden by using patterned paving for their patio.
NATURAL STONE OR MAN-MADE?
Natural stone’s allure lies in the fact that each slab is a one-of-a-kind creation. To give your patio a more natural appearance, choose a variety of colours.

Garden Design and Construction
HOME AND GARDEN SPACE
As we move into February, it’s the perfect time to refresh your home and garden. After the busyness of the festive season, you might find that your space feels cluttered or disorganised.
Now is the ideal opportunity to declutter and reassess how your home functions. Start by going through items you haven’t used in a while, and consider donating or recycling anything that no longer serves you. Once you’ve cleared the clutter, you can easily rearrange your furniture to create a new layout and breathe new life into your space without spending a penny.
Rust tones and neutral shades are set to be particularly popular this year, creating warmth and a grounded sense of serenity in your home. These colours bring a natural, earthy feel that evokes the changing seasons and a deeper connection to nature. Rust, with its rich, warm hues, adds a sense of cosy comfort, while neutral shades like soft beige, taupe, and muted greys offer timeless elegance and versatility.
Whether used on walls, furniture, or accessories, they can transform your space into a sanctuary, bringing a touch of the outdoors inside.
It’s also an ideal time to focus on your garden, where thoughtful changes—like updating your fence, adding a pergola, or tackling some essential maintenance tasks—can make a significant difference in your outdoor space.
ENHANCE YOUR GARDEN FOR THE YEAR AHEAD
As the days gradually get longer, February is also a fantastic time to start thinking about your garden. A few small changes to your outdoor space can make a big difference. Installing or upgrading garden fences can offer both practical and aesthetic benefits. >>>

A new fence not only increases privacy but also enhances the overall look of your garden, giving it a fresh, well-defined boundary. Choose a style that complements your home and garden, from traditional wooden fences to more modern metal or composite options.
If you’re looking to further enhance your outdoor space, consider adding a new gate, pergola, or even a stylish garden arch. These features not only serve as functional elements but can also provide beautiful focal points within your garden. For example, adding a pergola over a seating area can create a relaxing outdoor retreat, perfect for the warmer months ahead. The elegance of a new gate or archway can make a simple garden feel like an inviting extension of your home.
ROOFING AND WINDOW REPLACEMENTS
As you start addressing indoor projects, don’t overlook essential outdoor features like your roof and windows. February can be a good time to assess the condition of your roofing, especially after the winter months. Harsh weather can take a toll, so if you’ve noticed any leaks, drafts, or damage, it’s worth scheduling a roofing inspection. Fixing minor issues now can prevent bigger problems in the spring and save you money in the long run.
Additionally, replacing outdated or inefficient windows can help improve energy efficiency, making your home warmer and more comfortable during the chilly months. Modern windows are designed to provide better insulation, reducing heating costs and enhancing your home’s overall energy efficiency. Now is a great time to consider upgrading to double—or triple-glazed windows, which can help protect your home from cold drafts and damp while boosting curb appeal.
taking on a bigger project, now is the time to plan renovations. Whether you’re updating your kitchen, transforming a spare room into a home office, or creating an open-plan living area, home improvements can increase the comfort and value of your property. As you dream about your ideal living space, consider practical additions that will enhance your home and garden. For example, a garden shed or a small outdoor storage unit could help keep your outdoor space neat and tidy, especially if you enjoy gardening.
GET READY FOR SPRING WITH YOUR GARDEN AND HOME
If you’re thinking about
As winter begins to recede, spring is just around the corner, and now is the perfect time to plan for the warmer months. Updating your home and garden before spring hits will ensure that you’re ready to enjoy your space to the fullest. Whether you’re improving your roof, replacing windows, or adding a new fence, investing time in your home now will allow you to enjoy a refreshed and rejuvenated living space throughout the year.
Your home should reflect your style, needs, and lifestyle. This February, whether you’re refreshing your interior or making necessary repairs to the exterior, embrace the opportunity to transform your space into a sanctuary for the year ahead. The changes you make now, whether big or small, can provide you with comfort, beauty, and increased functionality for months to come.
