Sabemos que en México hay un mes dedicado a la niñez, abril, el cual, en esta ocasión en Revista Visionarías, además de dedicarlo a los más pequeños de casa, quisimos ligarlo con temas que pueden ser de su interés, como es el arte, disciplina por la que también hemos organizado un increíble evento.

Entonces Jesús llamó a los niños, y les dijo a sus discípulos: «Dejen que los niños se acerquen a mí. No se lo impidan, porque el reino de Dios es de los que son como ellos”

En Visionarias pensamos que el arte es una forma de contribuir al crecimiento y fortalecimiento de todo ser humano, por lo que, para adentrarnos más en el tema, presentamos una relevante entrevista con mujeres apasionadas de su trabajo y orgullosas de pertenecer a de la máxima casa de estudios de esta frontera, la Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ ), en donde han sobresalido al frente de proyectos y programas académicos de excelencia que benefician al público juarense.

Y como información importante, presentamos la entrevista a el doctor Guillermo Garza, quien nos ayuda a identificar el autismo en nuestros hijos.

Por último, te invitamos a mantener viva la niñez que hay dentro de nosotros, al mismo tiempo, y dentro de nuestras posibilidades, acercar a los infantes a Dios.

El significado bíblico de conciencia se refiere a la capacidad interior del intelecto que juzga la integridad moral de los pensamientos, las expresiones y acciones. La conciencia es también la elevación del ser, que permite al hombre juzgar y sopesar con la mirada misma de Dios.

Cuando nacemos todos tenemos una inclinación continúa a hacer el mal, sin embargo, al crecer nuestra conciencia va tomando forma de acuerdo a las normas morales que se nos enseñan en el hogar, la iglesia y la sociedad.

Pablo le dice a Timoteo que era necesario aferrarse a su fe y mantener una limpia conciencia, siendo ésta una relación muy importante cuando se trata de elevar el nivel de conciencia, ya que no hay otro camino, puesto que no buscamos vivir de acuerdo a lo que el mundo dicta que es bueno o malo,

sino de acuerdo a lo que Dios nos enseña a través de las escrituras.

Elevar nuestro nivel de conciencia, es ir más allá de los estándares del mundo, para pasar a los estándares de Dios, buscando con diligencia mantener una conciencia limpia delante de él y los hombres, así como dijo Pablo en Hechos 24:16, es decir, buscaba elevarlo y pasar de lo bueno a lo excelente.

La mayoría de nosotros pasamos mucho tiempo en un nivel básico de la conciencia, o peor aún, cómo dijo Pablo, yendo en contra de ella. Pero cuando decidimos llevarla a otro nivel, experimentamos cercanía con Dios, paz, crecimiento personal, mejores relaciones sociales, decisiones acertadas, sanidad interior.

Una buena conciencia, es como un amplificador de la voz del Espíritu Santo en nosotros que nos da guía para tomar decisiones a diario, de manera que pueda permanecer limpia.

Take a transformational leap that renews your mind, just as God intended

The biblical meaning of conscience refers to the inner capacity of the intellect that judges the moral integrity of thoughts, expressions and actions. Conscience is also the elevation of the being, enabling man to evaluate and weigh with God’s eyes.

When we are born, we are continuously inclined to do evil. However, as we grow, our conscience takes shape according to the moral norms taught at home, in the church and society.

Paul tells Timothy that it is necessary to hold on to his faith and maintain a clear conscience, this being a significant relationship when it comes to raising the level of conscience since there is no other way, since we do not seek to live according to what the world dictates is good or bad, but according to what God teaches us through the scriptures.

To raise our level of conscience is to go beyond the world’s standards, to move to God’s standards, diligently seeking to keep a clear conscience before him and men, just as Paul said in Acts 24:16, that is, he sought to raise it and move from good to excellent.

Most of us spend much time at a basic level of conscience, or worse, as Paul said, going against it. But when we take it to another level, we experience closeness to God, peace, personal growth, better social relationships, wise decisions, and inner healing.

A good conscience is like an amplifier of the voice of the Holy Spirit in us that guides us to make decisions daily so that they can remain clear.

EN EL SENO FAMILIAR

Aunque los hijos son una bendición de Dios, el gozo de la maternidad puede empañarse rápidamente cuando hay pilas interminables de ropa y trastes sucios, juguetes regados en cada habitación y zapatos fuera de lugar, sumado a que cada día salir de casa a tiempo es una tarea casi imposible.

Sin embargo, la buena noticia es que, prácticamente sin importar la edad que tengan tus hijos, puedes hacer equipo con

ellos y trabajar como familia para beneficio de todos. El trabajo en equipo fortalece los vínculos dentro de la misma, nos ayuda a mejorar los canales de comunicación y la confianza entre los miembros, nos lleva en la misma dirección por un bien común y podemos apoyarnos en las fortalezas de cada uno.

Además, con ello, damos reconocimiento por el trabajo realizado y se es un apoyo en tiempos de dificultad o tristeza.

Es ahí donde sentamos las bases de una sociedad más comprometida y responsable, que está dispuesta a servir a los demás.

Nunca es tarde para comenzar

En muchas ocasiones he escuchado a madres quejarse de cómo sus hijos adolescentes se niegan a hacer tareas básicas en el hogar, pero no me sorprende que sea así, pues se espera de ellos algo que nunca se les enseñó desde pequeños. Se hicieron las cosas por ellos y no se asignaron responsabilidades acordes a su edad y ahora se espera que se vuelvan adultos independientes y funcionales.

Esto no va a suceder por arte de magia, requiere de esfuerzo y dedicación, se deben repartir responsabilidades en la familia intencionalmente y desde temprana edad, pero nunca es tarde para comenzar. Hay varios aspectos básicos para lograr trabajar en equipo con nuestros hijos, el primero es que tenemos que pasar tiempo en familia, es necesario compartir y conocer lo que le gusta a cada uno, así como sus dones y talentos. Debemos entender que se trata de colaborar, no competir, nos podemos complementar unos a otros, no se trata de quién es mejor o quién ayuda más. También tenemos que aprender a compartir y respetar puntos de vista y si hay algún conflicto, que te aseguro habrá, resolverlo con amor.

Otro aspecto muy importante es establecer normas y expectativas; definan los objetivos que como familia desean alcanzar, hagan un rol para cada actividad en la que colaboren todos los miembros de la familia. Si no hay claridad y consistencia en las actividades que cada miembro de la familia debe llevar a cabo como su responsabilidad pronto se olvidarán de ellas y todo volverá a ser como antes. En ocasiones también será necesario definir consecuencias cuando no se cumplen las responsabilidades asignadas.

WORKING TEAMING UP WITH MY CHILDREN

It is within the family that we lay the foundations for a committed and responsible society, ready to serve others

Although children are a God’s blessing, the joy of motherhood can quickly become tarnished due the endless piles of laundry and dirty dishes, toys strewn in every room and misplaced shoes, plus leaving the house on time every day is an almost impossible task.

However, the good news is that no matter what age your children are, you can team up with them and work as a family for the benefit of everyone. Teamwork strengthens the bonds within the family, helps us improve communication channels and trust between members, leads us in the same direction for the common good, and we can build on each other’s strengths.

In addition, with it, we give recognition for the work done, which is support in times of difficulty or sadness. This is where we lay the foundations for a more committed and responsible society willing to serve others.

It is never too late to start

On many occasions, I have heard mothers complain about how their teenage children refuse to do basic chores at home, but I am not surprised that this is the case because something is expected of them that they were never taught from a young age. Things were done for them, and responsibilities were not assigned according to their age, and now they were expected to become independent, functioning adults.

This will not happen by magic; it requires effort and dedication, and responsibilities must be intentionally distributed in the family from an early age, but there is always time to start.

There are several essential aspects to achieving teamwork with our children; the first is that we have to spend time as a family; it is necessary to share and know what each one likes and their gifts and talents. We must understand that it is about collaboration, not competition; we can complement each other, and it is not about who is better or who helps more. We also have to learn to share and respect points of view, and if there is any conflict, which I assure you there will be, resolve it with love.

Another essential aspect is establishing rules and expectations, defining the goals you want to achieve as a family and making a role for each activity in which all family members collaborate. Suppose there needs to be more clarity and consistency in the activities each family member must carry out as their responsibility. In that case, they will soon forget about them, and everything will return to how it was before. Sometimes it is also necessary to define consequences when the assigned responsibilities are not fulfilled.

WORK AND MARRIAGE

Everything that is done as a couple is a divine mandate.

The woman’s vision of work has to be aligned with the creator of life and his word.

First, we have ideas of the world, traditions, customs, culture and religion that sometimes are far from the will of God.

An example of this is the disdain for the work done in the house, which is not valued, and it is mistakenly believed that only the woman is responsible for carrying it out, while the others simply “help”; however, the participation of spouse and children should be accountable.

On the other hand, the debate is whether women can or should work outside the home, and although we need more space to go into it in depth, we will address some points.

1. Not every woman has to work outside the home, especially if she is unclear about God’s will for her life.

3. Evaluate if you have the preparation and experience to care for these two very demanding areas.

4. Have a healthy agreement with your spouse and children if you share your time and life outwardly.

5. If working outside is urgent and necessary, ask for the Lord’s guidance and strength to fulfill both commitments.

Other factors may influence this decision, but the most important thing is to please God with a good service attitude wherever He places us.

TODO LO QUE SE HACE COMO PAREJA ES UN PRECEPTO DIVINO

La visión de la mujer en cuanto al trabajo ha de alinearse con el creador de la vida y su palabra.

Primero porque se tienen ideas del mundo, tradición, costumbre, cultura y religión que en algunas ocasiones están muy lejos de la voluntad de Dios.

Ejemplo de lo anterior es el menosprecio al trabajo que se hace en la casa, el cual no se valora y se cree, errónemente, que sólo la mujer es responsable de llevarlo a cabo, mientras los demás simplemente “ayudan”, sin embargo, la participación de cónyuge e hijos debe ser responsable.

Por otro lado, el debate es, si la

mujer puede o debe trabajar fuera de casa y aunque no tenemos el espacio suficiente para profundizar, trataremos algunos puntos.

1. No toda mujer tiene que trabajar fuera. Sobre todo si no tiene clara la voluntad de Dios para su vida.

3. Evaluar si se tiene la preparación y experiencia para atender éstas dos áreas que son muy demandantes.

4. Tener un acuerdo sano con el esposo e hijos si va a compartir su tiempo y vida hacia afuera

5. Si es urgente y necesario trabajar fuera, pedir la guía y fortaleza del Señor para poder cumplir ambos compromisos.

Puede haber otros factores que influyan en ésta decisión, pero lo más importante es agradar a Dios, con la buena actitud de servicio donde él nos ponga.

AYUDEMOS A LAS VÍCTIMAS DE VIOLENCIA SEXUAL A ENCONTRAR LA PAZ QUE LES ARREBATARON

Cuando alguien es obligado o manipulado a hacer algún acto sexual no deseado, es decir, sin consentimiento, lo llamamos violencia sexual, la cual no tiene género ni edad y puede ocurrirle a un ser querido, a alguien cercano, e incluso a nosotras.

La violencia sexual no siempre es perpetrada por un desconocido, desafortunadamente también debemos cuidarnos de aquellos que son cercanos como padres de familia, tíos, abuelos, hermanos, amigos, novios, etcétera.

Cuando se es víctima, la mayoría del tiempo se vuelve algo tan cotidiano que no se sabe si es realmente un abuso, por lo que casi siempre no se habla de ello y mucho menos se reporta a alguna autoridad, ya sea por vergüenza o por miedo.

Otras razones para que la víctima no busque ayuda es no tener suficientes pruebas para ser creído, además de la desconfianza.

Sin embargo, al momento de bus-

car esa ayuda, quien la padece se convierte en una sobreviviente, alguien que de igual manera necesita tiempo para poder sobrellevar su evento traumático, tiempo en el que también necesita de nosotros, de nuestra voz, nuestro apoyo y nuestro amor, el cual les hace sentir que no están solos.

Tal vez la realidad choque con nuestros pensamientos y dudas, pero nunca dudes en ayudarlos sin importar quién es el agresor. Apoyemos a cualquier víctima de abuso sexual, llevémosla con una psicológica o restauradora para que su alma y su cuerpo encuentren la paz y la inocencia que les robaron.

Hemos escuchado que el respeto se gana, pero qué hay de ese respeto que merecemos en todo momento, el respeto a nuestra sexualidad.

Cada uno de nosotros como mujeres, niños y hombres merecemos respeto, el cual no se gana, se aplica a conciencia abierta y con toda la moral posible. La victima nunca es la culpable, ya no más violencia sexual en ningún sentido.

Let’s help victims of sexual violence find the peace that took away from them

When someone is forced or manipulated to perform an unwanted sexual act, that is, without consent, we call it sexual violence, which has no gender or age and can happen to a loved one, to someone close to us, or even to us.

A stranger does not always perpetrate sexual violence; unfortunately, we must also beware of those close to us, such as parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, siblings, friends, boyfriends, etc.

When you are a victim, it becomes such an everyday occurrence that you do not know if it is abuse, so you almost always do not talk about it, and much less report it to any authority, either out of shame or fear.

Another reason the victim does not seek help is not having enough evidence to be believed and distrust.

However, when seeking help, the victim becomes a survivor, someone who also needs time to cope with their traumatic event, a time in which they also need us, our voice, our support and our love, which makes them feel that they are not alone.

Reality may clash with our thoughts and doubts, but never hesitate to help them no matter who the aggressor is. Let’s support any victim of sexual abuse; let’s take them to a psychologist or restorer so that their soul and body can find the peace and innocence stolen from them.

We heard respect is earned, but what about the respect we deserve because of our sexuality.

Each of us, as women, children and reserves respect, which is not earned; it is applied with an open conscience and with all the morals possible. The victim is never to blame; no more sexual violence.

EL ARTE EN LA JUVENTUD

En una ciudad compleja, alcanzada por un sinfín de problemáticas, el arte resulta un refugio que además de entretenimiento, da la libertad para expresar talentos y hacerse de una identidad propia. En esta frontera, el refugio es el Centro Cultural de las Fronteras, un espacio donde convergen distintos tipos de arte, que son llevados a su máximo exponencial gracias al apoyo de la Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ), la cual tiene a seis de sus mejores colaboradoras al frente de un proyecto que va más allá de las líneas divisorias.

Sobre los programas académicos, culturales y científicos de la máxima casa de estudios hablan para Visionarias Alpha Escobedo, Liliana Camargo, Daniela Gutiérrez, Hilda Monsiváis, Aracely Hidalgo y Ogla Lizeth Olivas, apasionadas mujeres, que aman lo que hacen y lo que son capaces de lograr gracias a su trabajo.

La universidad y la vida artística

Para darnos una idea de la importancia de la universidad en la vida artística de la frontera, la doctora Alpha Escobedo, orgullosa presume ser en la región “los principales productores de eventos artísticos y promotores de la cultura local y nacional”, que sólo en la actual administración ha registrado la participación de más de un millón de asistentes en todos los eventos presentados por la institución.

Increíblemente el mayor aumento de visitas y participantes en los eventos, que van desde bazares y exposiciones hasta conciertos de música instrumental, ocurrieron durante gran parte de la pandemia.

Alpha comparte que durante la emergencia sanitaria que detuvo la vida social en todo el mundo, se observó que el arte y la cultura patrocinados por la UACJ, fueron los que aminoraron los momentos de ocio, “son actividades que nos llenan el alma en nuestros momentos más difíciles, entonces eso nos llena de orgullo, ser la casa productora de arte más grande, más sólida de la región”, comenta emocionada.

Precisamente tras ser testigos de los alcances que tiene la universidad es que se han propuesto ampliar sus alcances, tal y como lo hacen año con año. Actualmente los programas artísticos y culturales de esta institución llegan a toda América Latina y gran parte de Estados Unidos, donde es la población mexicoamericana la más interesada en todo lo que ofrece la institución.

Pueblos y lenguas originarias también tienen cabida.

Centro Cultural de las Fronteras

Pero poner el arte al alcance de todos o presentar el trabajo de talentosos seres no sería posible sin el escenario perfecto para que la magia suceda, es por eso que en el corazón del Pronaf se edificó el Centro Cultual de las Fronteras, un lugar que como la misma institución describe es un espacio dedicado al arte, la ciencia y la cultura que alberga el trabajo y las expresiones artísticas de la comunidad, al tiempo que fomenta la

divulgación científica del trabajo académico y cultural.

Aquí existen los espacios ideales para las diferentes disciplinas, además de una librería, cine y una cafetería. El 98% de las actividades que aquí se llevan a cabo son gratuitas y aquellas que llegan a tener un costo realmente son muy accesibles.

En el Centro Cultural de las Fronteras los espacios se prestan a toda la comunidad, misma que cuenta con el apoyo necesario en todas las áreas.

“Aquí convergen todos los creadores y personas involucradas en gestionar y desarrollar cada proyecto”, comentan las entrevistadas.

Juárez, un referente

Ante la pregunta directa de si Ciudad Juárez es un referente de arte, Daniela Gutiérrez no dudó ni un instante en asegurar que sí, respuesta que fue secundada por Hilda Monsiváis, quien aseguró que más allá de un programa que alberga y apoya a una serie de proyectos, han logrado formar una comunidad importante.

Gutiérrez agrega que como institución trabajan siempre en colaboración con los tres niveles de gobierno y la iniciativa privada, y que también son parte de la red de museos y centros culturales, con los cuales unen sus recursos.

Lo anterior lo han conseguido siendo fieles a los tres aspectos principales de este gran proyecto: la mejora en la calidad de vida en función de la convivencia para la paz, la construcción de una identidad critica y la aportación a la comunidad de la resolución creativa de los problemas, pilares que han quedado claros en todos y cada uno de los 900 eventos que se llevaron a cabo sólo en el 2022 y que se espera sean rebasados en el año que estamos cursando y en el que se está apostando por el fomento a la lectura y la apertura de nuevos talleres, sin descuidar todo aquello por lo que han venido trabajando, porque como lo dice Alpha: El arte ayuda en la mejora de la calidad de vida.

¿Quién es quién?

Alpha Escobedo

En la estructura artística de la máxima casa de estudios juarense, la doctora Escobedo, es quien lleva las riendas de la Dirección General de Divulgación Cultural y Científica, a través de la cual coordina programas y establece, junto con Rectoría, las metas institucionales y los objetivos principales de cada programa.

Liliana Camargo

Es la encargada de la Jefatura de Proyectos Orquestales, quien se encarga de organizar los conciertos de la Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil y del Ensamble Clásico de Cuerdas de la universidad.

Daniela Gutiérrez

El contacto con los artistas lo tiene la titular de la Jefatura de Proyectos Expositivos; es ella quien se ocupa de asignar el espacio idóneo para que los talentos que aquí se dan cita puedan montar sus exposiciones, las cuales van desde arte hasta ciencia.

Hilda Monsiváis

The visionary mind of a women’s group has turned the maximum house of studies in Juarez into an art reference

In a complex city affected by myriad problems, art is a refuge that, in addition to entertainment, gives the freedom to express talents and make an identity of its own.

On this border, the refuge is the Centro Cultural de las Fronteras. Different types of art converge in this space, which is taken to their maximum exponential thanks to the support of the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ), which has six of its best collaborators at the head of a project that goes beyond the dividing lines.

Alpha Escobedo, Liliana Camargo, Daniela Gutiérrez, Hilda Monsiváis, Aracely Hidalgo and Ogla Lizeth Olivas, passionate women who love what they do and what they can achieve thanks to their work, speak about the academic and cultural and scientific programs of the university for Visionarias.

Con el objetivo de crear conciencia en la sociedad sobre el Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA), el 2 de abril, se conmemoró el Día Mundial de la Concienciación sobre el Autismo, el cual se caracteriza por la dificultad en la socialización, la comunicación, la imaginación y conducta del infante.

Según datos de la Organización Mundial de la Salud, a nivel mundial se estima que uno de cada 100 niños tiene autismo; mientras que, en México cerca de uno de cada 115 niños lo presentan, de acuerdo con el Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía, Inegi.

El doctor Guillermo Garza Martínez, especialista con 34 años de experiencia en la pediatría, señaló que uno de los mayores retos o dificultades es el diagnóstico temprano, porque a veces los padres piensan que el bebé está mimado o que sólo requiere de mayor atención.

¿Cómo saber si un bebé tiene TEA?

Algunos de los signos tempranos antes de los 18 meses son: que el bebé tiene poco contacto ocular, escasa sonrisa, no responden a su nombre, no pone atención y no juega con otros niños, “son bebés muy tranquilos” y “poco demandantes”.

Mientras que, entre los 18 y 36 meses, presentan aparente sordera, no responden a llamadas o indicaciones; ignora a los miembros de la familia; no sonríe; tiene poco contacto visual, parece tener la mirada perdida; no llora cuando se cae o se golpea; prefiere jugar solo y puede ser muy sensible a algunos sonidos y reacciona desproporcionadamente, compartió Garza.

¿Cuáles son las causas?

Aunque las causas se han implicado a una serie de factores ambientales, bioquímicos, fármacos, genéticos, drogadicción, etcétera, el especialista destacó una relación en los partos con cesárea, debido a la falta de bacterias buenas (microbiota) que el bebé adquiere en el parto natural, sin embargo, ninguno ha podido ser confirmado como causa directa del TEA.

¿Cuál es la importancia de la detección temprana?

Entre más temprano es la atención, mejores resultados hay en el desarrollo del niño.

El tratamiento se basa principalmente en la intervención temprana, por medio de terapia conductual y de lenguaje, cambios en la alimentación y estimulación. Aunque no existen medicamentos específicos para este trastorno, destacó el pediatra que se han observado resultados favorables en niños que se les modificó su alimentación, la cual se basa en alimentos más naturales y eliminando productos ultraprocesados o artificiales.

En este sentido, señaló que es de suma importancia consultar a un especialista si tiene alguna inquietud sobre su niño o niña, “si su hijo tiene problemas conductuales, no se asuste, no es una tragedia”, pero si lo sería negarlo, y que no se le dé un tratamiento oportuno y adecuado.

To raise awareness in society about Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), on April 2, World Autism Awareness Day was commemorated, which is characterized by difficulties in socialization, communication, imagination and behavior of the child.

According to data from the World Health Organization, it is estimated that one out of every 100 children has autism. In Mexico, according to the National Institute of Statistics and Geography, Inegi, nearly one out of every 115 children has it.

cambiado, debido a que las personas que padecen este tipo de desórdenes del desarrollo neurológico, pueden manifestar grandes habilidades para las matemáticas, las artes y otros, así como lograr una calidad de vida óptima.

Este estado se origina en los genes por lo tanto no tiene cura, pero si se detecta tempranamente se puede estimular el crecimiento saludable del sujeto así como ejercitar otras destrezas. Si el pequeño no hace el intento de balbucear, sonreír, hacer movimientos con sus manos, evita mirar a los ojos y sólo se siente seguro con rutinas fijas molestándole cualquier tipo de cambio; es hora de consultar al pediatra.
