In September, in Mexico and some Latin American countries, we celebrate the month of independence. This term undoubtedly has to do with freedom, a privilege that some people do not have either by immaturity or subjugation beyond their control. However, God wants us to be free and independent as long as we respect the forms and laws of life. To have peace and blessing, the word of God teaches us that: “For the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty” (2 Corinthians 3:17 RVR1960), that is to say, let us live in freedom but not in evil; if you feel that you carry burdens or something you lack to live free and independent, just approach God, pray and have faith that He will help you. This month to talk to us about the freedom they have found in their success, in Visionarias we speak to Ruth Mixter, who graces the cover, and Lulu Sotelo, a woman with a legacy in transportation. So, as we do every month, we invite you to read us and share the magazine made freely with you in mind.

Que sensación tan plena es la libertad! En el mes de septiembre en México y en algunos países de Lati noamérica celebramos el mes de la independencia, término que sin duda tiene que ver con la libertad, un privilegio que algunas personas no tienen ya sea por in madurez o por sometimiento ajeno a su voluntad.

La vida es el regalo de Dios para nosotros; cada mañana al despertar él destapa un sinfín de misericordias nuevas para ti y para mí, sin embargo, para aquel que vive en me dio de la angustia, así como de la depresión, la amargura, trastornos psicológicos o abandono, despertar parece insig nificante, y el enemigo sabe usar muy bien esas situaciones para restarle valor a nuestra vida.

En medio de esa triste escena, aparece un ángel que le trae comida y le da ánimo; es ahí donde sabemos lo impor tante que es el apoyo de los seres queridos, un abrazo, una invitación, una palabra, una oración, cinco minutos de si lencio mientras lloras, ¡que bendición son esos ángeles que Dios pone a nuestro lado en el momento indicado!
l suicidio es la tercera causa de muerte entre las per sonas de 15 a 24 años de edad, y es más común entre las personas de 65 o más. La tasa de suicidio entre los ancianos es más alta en aquellos que se encuentran divor ciados o viudos y en el último medio siglo, dicha tasa casi se ha triplicado entre adolescentes y adultos jóvenes.

En la Biblia hay un personaje que seguramente podría entender de lo que estamos hablando. Elías, un hombre de
fe, después de una amenaza de la reina Jezabel decide huir, sentarse bajo un arbusto y pedirle a Dios que le quitara la vida; no me imagino cuanto tiempo estuvo llorando y la mentando su situación, pero la Biblia dice que hasta que se quedó dormido.

Suicide is the third leading cause of death among people aged 15 to 24 and most common among 65 and older. The suicide rate among the elderly is highest among those who are divorced or widowed, and in the last half-century, the rate has nearly tripled among adolescents and young adults.
In the middle of that sad scene, an angel appears and brings him food and encourages him; it is there where we know how important the support of loved ones is. A hug, an invitation, a word, a prayer, five min utes of silence while crying, what a blessing are those angels that God puts by our side at the right time!

After a threat from Queen Jezebel, Elijah, a man of faith, decides to flee, sit under a bush and ask God to take his life; I can’t imagine how long he was crying and lamenting his situation, but the Bible says that until he fell asleep.

De la sanidad de la inclinación ha cia la independencia, depende cuanto nos podemos beneficiar de ella, pues nos ayuda a madurar y a alcanzar un nivel óptimo de desarrollo personal. Cuando la búsqueda de independencia no es saludable, implica rebeldía, falta de preparación y un deseo de emanci pación por rechazo a la autoridad.

Sin embargo, Dios obró de una mane ra misteriosa, y la abuela de Ruth no sólo se salvó, sino que vivió una década más, siendo este un milagro que reafirmó su fe y que le enseñó a fluir, a soltar y a confiar en el Señor, quien a lo largo de su vida le ha enseñado que en algún punto la vida va a ser más fácil algo que espera poder ense ñar a su pequeña hija de 2 años, Abigaíl.
“Si tienes la aprobación, si tienes el ta lento se te abren las puertas, si tienes la gracia de Dios para hacer algo pues son indicativos de que por ahí está la vena de tu vida, el llamado de tu vida”. Fue así, siguiendo su llamado que llegó a Estados Unidos.
Dios no está obsesionado con tus logros, Dios está obsesionado con tu alma, con tu ser, con tu crecimiento interno, “porque si eso está alineado dentro de ti… todo lo de más afuera va a caer en orden”, asegura la mujer visionaria que espera pronto tener un podcast, escribir un libro y escribir mu chas más letras que inspiren a la gente.
Con el permiso de su madre, Ruth aterrizó en “la tierra de las oportunidades”, donde grabó su primer disco, el cual se realizó al mismo tiempo que su abuela luchaba con tra el cáncer, que los médicos habían diag nosticado como terminal.

“Me interesa empoderar a la gente para que vivan desde su realidad no desde una presión de perfección de la cultura…
Actualmente, Ruth se inspira al hablar a los demás de la autenticidad, “yo creo que estoy en un punto ahora, a mis 40, don de veo a gente cansada de pretender, veo gente muy lastimada… gente que pretende estar bien para todo el mundo”, algo para lo que asegura no estamos diseñados.
“Yo siempre he estado cerca de la mú sica desde la niñez, porque al estar expues ta en un ambiente de iglesia y de gente de fe pues obviamente me acercaba al micró fono”, dice a quien en primaria le llamaban “la niña de los nervios de acero”, pues no le daba pena hablar, “no registraba el miedo o la tensión del momento”, recuerda.
DIOS LO HARÁ OTRA VEZ
Para los 13 años concursaba en compe tencias de piano y canto, y para los 15 años escribía e interpretaba sus canciones, mis mas que hablaban de fe y esperanza.

With her mother’s permission, Ruth landed in “the land of oppor tunity,” where she recorded her first album, which was made at

the same time her grandmother was battling cancer, which doc tors had diagnosed as terminal.
Ruth shared this message with the world through music and her songs, which came into her life when she was still very young.
Mixter is a Nicaraguan singer and songwriter born in the 1980s du ring Nicaragua’s civil war with the UnitedDespiteStates.the social conflicts, she always found the love a girl could wish for in her grandmother and mother, never lacking food and much fewer opportunities.
“Don’t wait for the blow to come to learn; learn from other people’s experiences and nourish your ta ble of blessings with the wisdom of other women who are already where you want to be,” Ruth Mix ter advises the visionary women who now read her story.
TIRED OF PRETENDING
Ruth Mixter discovered her gift of shepherding people through music and faith as a child.
However, God worked mysteriously, and Ruth’s grandmother was not only saved but lived another decade, a miracle that re affirmed her faith and taught her to flow, to let go and trust in the Lord, who throughout her life has taught her that at some point life will get easier, something she hopes to teach her two-year-old daughter, Abigaíl.
“I have always been close to music since childhood becau se being exposed to a church environment and people of faith brought me closer to the microphone,” says the girl who in ele mentary school was called “the girl with nerves of steel” because she was not ashamed to speak, “she did not register the fear or tension of the moment,” she recalls.
DURING THE CIVIL WAR
“If you have the approval, if you have the talent, doors open for you, if you have the grace of God to do something, it is an indi cation that the vein of your life is there, the call of your life.” Thus, following his calling, he arrived in the United States.
As a teenager, God opened extraordinary doors for her, just as she began to sing and discover that she could dedicate herself to theByministry.age13,she was competing in piano and singing compe titions, and by 15, she was writing and performing her songs, which spoke of faith and hope.

Por ese motivo y tras la publicación de varias investigaciones es como sabe mos que las mujeres somos propensas a padecimientos de las arterias coronarias, siendo la más común la microvascular. También nos afecta el síndrome del cora zón roto y la angina variante, las cuales se distinguen por un fuerte dolor en el pecho.

As a counselor in the area of Tanatalogy, it is common to find women who feel that their life is slavery in the literal sense of the word. Married or in a free union, they say they experience a sensation that places them more in the position of being “objects” and not women living the fullness of a couple of relationships.
Human trafficking was recognized as a social problem at the end of the 19th century. Initially, it was called the “white slave trade,” a concept used to refer to the mobility and trade, mainly sexual, of women with European and American Anglo-Saxon characteristics.
